We reserve the right to move program members (affiliates) from an agreed deal (program) they are using to the percentage net win program at the rates current at that time if the individual affiliates deal is not performing based upon an agreed deal between the program and the member. A message will be sent to the email address supplied with the affiliates account. The change will apply from the day the affiliate is moved and not retrospectively. These changes will only occur where the agreed deal is not fulfilled by the affiliate based on the agreed terms between both parties.
