Paddy Power Predatory Term

I just received an e-mail from Nollaig Ó Scannláin Partnerships Payments Manager Paddy Power Betfair where she explained to me that if a player signs up at one of the Paddy Power products and then plays at another, you don't get the revenue from the play at other products. Has anyone else encountered this and what do you think about this? Seems really offside to me. I have removed Paddy Power from my sites. Does this also apply to the Betfair products?
