PP got fined 2.2 mil for allowing gamblers to play with stolen money: https://www.latestbingobonuses.com/...ddy-power-betfair-fined-with-2point2-million/

    Richard Watson of UKGC, said:

"As a result of Paddy Power Betfair's failings significant amounts of stolen money flowed through their exchange and this is simply not acceptable. Operators have a duty to all of their customers to seek to prevent the proceeds of crime from being used in gambling."

having in mind how they treat both their affiliates and players it is safe to say this fine is not coming as surprise

    yes.

Having that in mind I also find it ok if companies like William Hill, 888, Sky, etc are slapped. Just a pity they aren't slapped any harder because a few millions are peanuts for them.

Have I missed something about Betfair / Paddy Power on the affiliate front here? I'm aware of the diminishing returns from exchange players at Betfair and lack of crossover payments from Paddy Power but is there more?
