I am no longer able to log in to my account at Paddy Partners. Using the reset password feature shows a message that say "this function is only available for active accounts."

I have tried contacting them 4 times over the last 7 days, to no avail. I sent messages to Robert Coleman (the last AM I had contact with) and a few general email addresses that I found. Nobody has responded.

I had players in my account that were continuing to play and generate revenue, and I even sent them a new depositor a while back.

When I originally signed up with Paddy Partners over a decade ago, there was no minimum quota, and I find it very offensive that they would close my account and steal my players, apparently because of a new quota they inserted into the terms -- one that I never agreed to.

They didn't even bother to say anything to me first -- no warning, nothing. One day, I can't log in, and that's it. Another income stream that helped support my family -- gone.

This is blatant theft, and I would like to see Paddy Partners added to the rogue area of AGD as a result. We can't allow programs to get away with stealing our players just because they feel like it.

Has anyone else been locked out and completely ignored by Paddy Partners recently?

We were looked out a while ago by mistake, they mixed up our account with somebody else’s some how and then apologised and reopened it.

What is the minimum amount of FTD’s you need each month to keep it active?

We give them 8-10 a month at present

FTR that message is also shown when you lock yourself out from the account by entering the wrong W too many times.

What is the minimum amount of FTD’s you need each month to keep it active?

Clause 5.4 says:

Paddy Power has the right to reduce the revenue share of affiliates, or to terminate this Agreement and remove such affiliates, who do not deliver at least one new Customer in a given calendar month. We will notify you by email where such a reduction or termination will occur. Accounts that are inactive for a longer period (e.g. where you have failed to deliver at least one new Customer in the last six months) may also incur an administrative fee but no such administrative fee will be deducted from your account prior to our having made reasonable efforts to contact you via the contact details last provided by you to Paddy Power. The administrative fee will be applied against the payments (including future payments) that would otherwise be payable to you. If you have any queries regarding inactive accounts, please contact us for further information.

According to the terms, they are supposed to notify me by email when such a termination will occur -- but they didn't, and they haven't replied to any of the messages I sent them.

As for accidentally locking myself out, I don't think I did that, but who knows. With Netrefer's idiotic new policy of requiring a new password every 3 months, it's possible that may have happened. However, when I try to reset the password, I get the message that says the function is only available for active accounts -- so I think my account has been locked by them.

Does anyone know if Robert Coleman is still with the company? And has anyone here had contact with anyone at Paddy Partners recently? If so, please PM me their email.

All our accounts were also suspended and closed because of activity terms. These guys suck!

Absolutely disgusting way to treat anyone, let alone affiliates who have been promoting them for 10+ years.

Sorry to hear you got screwed Dave. That goes for anyone else caught up in this thieving scam.

In 2010 Paddy Powers, acquired a major share in Sportsbet.com.au. Who went on to retroactively change all affiliate contracts to include 'quotas'. This change affected a lot of smaller affiliates. Most had been with Sportsbet.com.au from day-dot. All shafted!

I believe a couple of those affiliates posted their grievances here. Aside from myself running a blog about it at DOCH, no one else seemed to give two hoots about it, and Paddy Powers stealing fell by the wayside.

When a conglomerate has no issue stealing the 'bread and butter' from small affiliates, you can be pretty sure, they wont have any issue raising the ante, and subsequently "shafting" other affiliates higher up the food chain.

Point in question, Pinnacle retroactively introduced "quotas" (June/July 2018)
http://www.gpwa.org/forum/pinnacle-tracking-not-working-244640.html (the thread commenced as a cookie tracking issue, but the retroactive quotas have now taken the limelight.

I recall saying this years ago (words to the affect of)... Now it's small affiliates, but watch out, soon larger affiliates will become their fodder. Can't see they'll shaft super-affiliates BUT this industry is synonymous with doing daft-shit, so anything is possible.

Very sorry to hear about this - though not a big surprise as all the Sportsbook operators have a habit of making these predatory changes without so much as a by your leave... :(

Can't help you with contacts as I dumped them back in December 2015 for having predatory terms.
I made <$200 from them in 7 years, so no big loss for me personally, thank goodness.

Don't know if you are using some stats software - but recently i got locked from few netrefer programs - i think maybe cause they changed something and the stats soft kept trying until the account got locked. Had to contact each one and ask to unlock the accounts. Hope it's that.

I hope so, too, but since they won't reply to my emails, and since they closed LCB's accounts also, I'm not getting my hopes up.

Does anyone have a Skype contact for anyone at Paddy Partners?

Bombati -- is Sophie's email Sophie.Noble at paddypowerbetfair dot com?

I don't have a Skype contact for you, but this is the phone number for affiliates to get in touch with them:
+353 19 02 1765

They are based in Dublin, Ireland.

Good luck to you.

wow, not even an email before suspending your account. That takes some serious professionalism.

Still no response from anyone at Paddy. I sent another message just now to the following addresses:

[removed hyperlinked email addresses]

If anyone has a Skype contact for someone (anyone) at Paddy Partners, please post it or PM me.

Delivery failed for contact@paddypartners.com, but all of the others appeared to get delivered (they didn't bounce back).

I sent it with a return receipt, and so far 2 people have opened and read my latest message.

If you are one of these people -- if you followed the link in my email to this thread and are reading this post -- please reply to my email or unlock my affiliate account.

Update: Robert replied to my message. I think they must be having email issues, because he says he didn't get any of the previous messages I sent last week and this week.

I sent a response a few minutes ago, so Robert, if you see this and do not get the response that I just sent you (and only you), try emailing me again or get an account here at AGD and reply here.

As for my account, for those wondering about that -- Robert asked me to send him a list of URLs to do a compliance check, so I did that. I guess my account was quietly locked without notification because of "compliance" reasons -- which is odd, since we deleted all bonus and promo text for every brand, from every site, about a year ago. Since we do not mention anything bonus related, we are not required to link to any T&C pages or display any T&C text.

Anyway -- I will update the thread again when I hear back from Robert.

My sites passed the compliance check, but I still can't log in. I asked Robert to reset the password, since the feature doesn't work on my end (the message says the feature is only available to active accounts).

I edited the title of the thread, since they seem genuinely interested in sorting this out.
