I got my facebook ad rejected however I know that there are several other people with review sites that have Facebook ads. The message says "Online real money gambling/games of skill: Ads that promote or facilitate online real money gambling, real money games of skill or real money lotteries, including online real money casino, sports books, bingo, or poker, are only allowed with prior written permission." Does anyone have a contact such as legal @ facebook com?

Before FB etc, Super affiliates would spend insane amounts of cash on monthly PPC. I'm sure some still do.

My guess, with the ads and written permission, if your spend is > $10K p/m, you'll get ad placements, if not, you wont.

I think most affiliates that are running paid ads on facebook are cloaking which is a blackhat technique which shows the fb approval team one thing and everyone else something else.

Actually I saw a lot of ads from the gambling webites, but they have not such a gambling bias ayour queries are. You may remove the words "for real money" and make more informational queries instead. It will help you (of cource, I'm not guaranty for 100% as I'm not working facebook accessor;)
By the way, is there any period of time on which you can not add the same ads after rejecting?

if you don't have necessary licences, you can forget it - i've tried - you will speak to a dumb account manager who knows nothing, hoping he/she will just whitelist you, but they send it to legal then request the licenses :) if they reject your ads and you push again - you will get blocked and never be able to advertise again.

You just need to apply for permission from Facebook to advertise. They will review your source and if everything is okay, you'll get it and if not, they will tell you what to change.

Hey Joonas! Hope you are great. I was checking out this topic specifically because I've been trying to utilize FB and IG as a marketing source. The problem is that i haven't found the right link to apply for that "Permission" you are talking about. By any chance do you have the link or know the steps to get there?
