Just wondering when commission is due to hit Neteller. Was told last Friday (2015/12/11'th) but didn't arrive. So when is it due, for real this time?

I just got mine today - but mine is Bank Wire since the Neteller blockade for UK accounts.

I not sure what the current situation is. Neteller never tell me anything - it took several attempts over a couple of weeks to get them to admit they put the block in!
Then I had to spend time switching pay methods - a royal pain in the bum
But about 3 months ago I started seeing payments come in from some non-UK licensed operators that I hadn't switched yet!

So basically I haven't a clue what is going on with Neteller. Do you have any info about the block being lifted?

To be perfectly frank with you KK, being a Platinum VIP, you'd think, my account manager would be calling me every day. Alas that's not the case. In fact, I sent him a question mid Nov (around that time)... 3 days later, not a peep.

Forward it to generic vip support... Oh he's on vacation wont be back to the 27'th Nov. Sorry but we can't answer that question, you'll have to wait for your account manager to return... Least to say I'm still waiting for a reply.

So... point to all this is... Min $500K in transfers per year to get Platinum status. And they wonder why, this year, I've transferred sweet FA. Instead use my Visa card... Least with that I get real support, not the Mickey Mouse variety.

I heard something around the traps that they were or had lifted the UK bans but who knows... What with them now having Skrill too, well it's now a monopoly... Meaning we're all going to screwed harder... Bank wires are far better these days IMHO

Why should there be a distinction between what a VIP and a verified account holder can withdrawal? Simple there shouldn't be. I feel like phoning head office (Is of Man) and having a major bitch to them about my account... But if customer support is crap, then it usually follows down from the HEAD of the snake...

I've held an account here since 2001... They've always been a bit so so but they've got pathetically bad in the last couple of years.

I didn't want to open a new discussion since is related to this one so here is my question: Has anyone got paid via Neteller this month?

I saw that some AGD members received their commissions yesterday but via Skrill.

This is my first payment with FastTrack so...
