Hi, everyone. I'll just get right to it:

I found a link at NetEntCasino, saying that "As of today – Monday 24th April – Norwegian banks are reportedly no longer allowed to process transactions to five online payment services originating from Norway and those to two online casino groups."

As well as: "The payment services are Worldpay, Earthport, Trustly, Inpay and Entercash, while direct payments to Stay Cool and Mangas Gaming have also been halted."

I am from Norway, and I guess they could have done something like this, because we have very strict gambling laws. But I find it strange that there are no other linked sources. And there are no news in Norway, atleast that I could find, on the biggest news websites.

Have anyone heard anything about this? Please share with each other. I will also try dig into what's going on.

This has recently been reported by all the big news sources in Norway including for example NRK, VG and Dagbladet.

Bit strange you have not seen it.

You can read more about it here (Norwegian Gambling Authorities): https://lottstift.no/nb/om-oss/aktu...toppe-transaksjoner-utenlandske-spillselskap/

On that page you will also find a link to the letter that was sent to all parties involved (banks, operators and payment processors).

This seems to have caught out a lot of people by surprise, the first I heard of it was over the weekend.

Yeah exactly! I guess there are still many affiliates, and player of course, that might not have been informed yet. Anyone knows if the casinos will remove the payment options for Norwegian players? Many deposit with Skrill and then try to make a withdrawal with Trustly.

Weirdly I couldn't get google to translate that page. Did a quick copy and paste into english, here's a screenshot for those of you who don't speak Norwegian and want to save 15 seconds mucking about with a translator: https://snag.gy/w7irYn.jpg

Now obviously those of you with an interest in the norwegian market probably speak the language, but for those nosy buggers like me, there you go ;)

Ps. Rainmaker - nice to see you on the forums. I hear on the grape vine that you sold your site - you working on something new? Always liked netent stalker, had some good info.

I would not worry too much. I used Trustly yesterday (from Norway) without any problems.

Lotteritilsynet used several months to identify 7 accounts - while it will not take more than a few moments for operators and payment processors to get new account numbers.

Thank you sir :)

That is correct. I sold my NetEnt Stalker site about a year ago.

Yeah I should launch something new eventually. Within a few months I hope.
