Seeing as Affiliate Lounge now owns all Nordicbet's casinos and has included them in their program, but are marked predatory here, is there any benefit to signing up with Nordicbet Partners instead or is it all the same now?

Nordicbet brands are now available to promote on Affiliate lounge as well as Income Access. The terms and conditions will not change in any way. It will continue to operate in the same way.
The Statistics in the reports will be displayed in the same way as they are displayed in Income Access with complete transparency.
As Bonus Streak quoted an email I sent her, you do not have to promote all the brands, you may choose to promote only 1, 2 or all, the choice is yours.

The Nordicbet accounts will be merged into Affiliate Lounge as 1 Account. So, if you are promoting more than 1 brand for Nordicbet, example, Nordicbet and Maxino, you will have 1 account within Affiliate Lounge for both brands.
You also have the option to merge existing accounts with Betsson and Nordicbet into 1 account. So you have the option to see all stats for all Betsson Brands in 1 account. The will be done upon your request.
If you are New to Nordicbet, you can start promoting Nordicbet brands in your existing Betsson account. If you are new to Betsson brands, but have existing Nordicbet Accounts, once these are merged, you will have access to promote Betsson Brands also.

If we (affiliates in general) decide to merge into the Affiliate Lounge system, will we have to change all the banners & links for Nordic & Maxino?
As an aside, why didn't Nordic Bet send me any e-mails about this change?

Am I the only one confused here? There will be one account with two different sets of Terms and Conditions?
What about new affiliates? Will they be able to promote Nordicbet only through Affiliate Lounge with their T&C?

Nordicbet brands will be 1 account. At the moment, you have 1 account for Nordicbet, 1 account for Maxino, 1 account for Triobet and 1 account for Tobet. So this actually means we need to decide as affiliates which of the 2 companies Betsson or Affiliate Lounge are the least predatory towards affiliates....
My original post was supposed to work out whether, as an existing Affiliate Lounge account holder, I should sign up with NordicBet Partners to refer people to NordicBet, or just use my Affiliate Lounge account. Seeing as the AL terms are not the best and marked predatory here, I would prefer to use NB, but only if the NB account is going to remain separate under its own terms and is not going to be merged into AL anyway in a few weeks or months.

Since you are not currently promoting Nordicbet, the best thing would be to use your existing Affiliate Lounge Account. Opening an account with Nordicbet on the Income access system is possible of course, but your account will be merged into Affiliate Lounge in the coming future.
