No response from them via the affiliate account for 2 weeks

Hi, i have been waiting for mrgreen to contact me, but they still haven't.

I sent them now 2 messages via the affiliate chat message system, asking for them to add me to skype, and i still do not have an affiliate manager with them, what is going on, why are they not actually responding to me, can anyone please help??

Did you also try sending them an e-mail? Sometimes those message systems don't work or aren't active.

First of all, apologies for not receiving any response.

It seems to me that we have only received an internal message from you on Saturday, 21st of June and you got a reply from Maxim this morning. This means for some reason - we have not received your first internal message and we will be looking for the reason. If you would have contacted us via e-mail regarding this, that would have been a great help.. However, I apologize once more for the error.

I believe you have also added me on Skype this morning so please give me a shout and let's catch up when you are online.

Thanks everyone else too for the reply, i have now got contact finally from them, but it was still unacceptable that i yet again had to make a thread in this forum, to get a response, it is good thing this forum is here

I think you just need the right contact info. Skype always works for them from what I have found. I also *just* fixed the alert system for Mr. Affiliate. No email address was attached. They should now get an email when a new post comes through.
