No payment, no reply to e-mails

I have 165 € comission on my account. According to the terms it should have been paid by 15th of September, it hasn't been paid for a week now. I have sent 2 e-mails to affiliates@clubgoldpartners.com, that is the only contact option stated on the website, plus sent a message on the internal messaging system from my account, no reply. After waiting for 6 days without getting a reply, I thought something is not okay. Then I see them in the sponsored area here, I wonder what sponsored group it is when they don't give a damn to e-mails? And for whom paying out 165€ causes a problem. What about those affiliates who earn thousands?

That's not good news if they cannot even pay a relatively smaller amount and doesn't even respond. Maybe they went bankrupt. I am quite surprised, because I contacted them half a year ago, and they were quite devoted and helpful. Didn't wonder my deal with them will end up like this. I am quite upset as my campaign has started generating cash recently. :/

Well, I just google it to see if someone else is having the same problem and complain... And guess what I found - the same no responde case and I guess I will not get my money... :/ I tried to contact on 3 different mails - the same situation - no reply... lol

That e-mail is in coonection which we wrote they don't respond to our inquiries. We try to send there multiple messages, yet no response.

i am sorry for you guys and i hope this will be fixed. i am glad i haven't signed up with them.. they were stinky to me with that 80% comission..

So until now, I have to report that the situation is the same. My earnings are just accumulating, they are not added to the Under Limits Payment field since the beginning of September, so it clearly shows the system is waiting for the money to be paid out. The only problem is, it is not paid out. I wonder what they will do this month. However it just seems to me they went bankrupt. Maybe that's why they said goodbye to Lisa. Just an idea...

Just by interest, seeing they don't reply to e-mails, I sent an e-mail to the casino support. I asked them how I can contact the affiliate manager, as in case I try the e-mail provided, I never get a reply. And, of course as one could have predicted: the casino staff didn't reply either.

Now I wonder if they reply to player inguiries? Maybe it is just a matter of time for players complaints about no responses will show up. It is clear now they are doing their tactics to avoid affiliate issues every way. Maybe it is also not by accident that Lisa has disappeared as well. Strangely, as soon as she left, there were no more payments arriving. I could bet on they will close down soon. What a ridiculous gang...
