This sounds very fair, but how will it be guaranteed? Is there a paragraph in the t&c that prevents the operator from retroactive changes to the revenue?

Your casino and affiliate program have an excellent record but without some sort of legal assurance this guarantee would be based on trust. I am sorry for sounding skeptical, but the past decade+ has shown too many cases in which previous agreements were amended because there has not been a legal document to prevent the operator from doing so.

I completely understand where you're coming from, even from my time 'lurking' around this forum (for want of a better word) I have seen a surprising amount of incidents where terms are abandoned/retroactively changed.

I suppose you're right, it's a promise based on trust. Our sole focus is to continue to offer a trusted, fair and transparent affiliate program (and casino). We stand by our word and we have never let an affiliate down. You might see on the forums that our business model is to be 'Fun, Fast & Fair' and we fully intend on sticking to that mantra. That being said, I will talk to the bossman about adding further protections to the terms, in order to make everything crystal clear for the affiliates.

Thanks for the feedback Cygx1 :)

Thank you Rachel

If I click the link I see there is already a calendar live, is this the new one already?
Asking because any day I click, I get message "Sorry you missed that one"

Actually it's not the 'live' version yet. It's currently populated with last years offers, I just posted it so you could see what it looks like. It will be updated with the offers for 1st - 7th December 2016 within the next 48 hours, so affiliates can start promoting it then :)

@Rachel @ TradaCasino Yes, unfortunately this happened many times, even with brands that used to have highly reputable affiliate programs in the past. Trust is the foundation of everything in this business but it is always better to have agreements written black on white. :)

Considering that I am not aware of a complaint about your program and everyone seems satisfied so far, I would take your word on it though.

I agree with you on this...

However, even if T&C's have this clause to protect future agreements, there's no guarantee (absolutely nothing), that ensures these T&C's wont still be amended, changed.

How many affiliates have take programs to court over changed agreements?

I can't recall a single (not 1) class action case, in over 16 years as a casino affiliate.

At the end of the day, least for me, it comes down to trusting a program wont shaft you in the future. My current interpretation of a future date, is at max three (3) years down the track. If I get a longer period, in this current climate, I consider myself fortunate.

As it stands, imho, 25 - 35% on GGR is a very good deal!

@AussieDave Yes, there is no guarantee to ensure that t&c's will never be retroactively amended. However, it makes it easier to pursue any such case depending on what is written in the terms. There are always options to fight for your rights besides taking a company to court.

Trust and experience are what it indeed comes down to in the end.

Should the title of this thread be changed/posts be edited? It is fair to deduct UK taxes from GGR as is being done these days, but it would be best to notify that here also instead of only having it in the T&C. Its an old thread, but the title makes things sound like something they are not.

That's a fair point, I've updated the thread title (it's long winded but does the job :))

Thanks for bringing it my attention, I'll have to update our banners too to reflect the change,

Rachel.

There's zero deductions outside of local POC taxes - so if there's something that doesn't look right in your stats feel free to PM me a screenshot and I'll look into it for you,

Thanks,
Rachel.
