Hi there,

AffiliateLounge did update their T&C's.

I can't find the "Dormant Players" anymore. But there is still a "minimum level of activity" clause

7.9 The Company reserves the right to set limits for a minimum level of activity on Affiliate’s accounts. Such minimum activity levels will be continuously reviewed and the Company reserves the right to terminate any agreement not reaching the limit. Such limit shall not be unreasonably high and reflect the intention of avoiding accounts where the revenue does not cover the Company’s internal costs for maintaining the account and the payout procedure.

I'd really appreciate it, if you could look into AL new terms. Thanks.

The terms appear to be completely revamped. So - there is no 'easy' way to determine the changes. I'll see what I can determine, but it's going to be a lot of work to figure out the changes. If you prefer, I can provide a 'before and after' set of Terms.

Terms Alert is pretty messed up
Thanks for your copy of Original Terms.

If you have time to just read the new terms and tell me if there is anything written about "dormant players" or "not actively promoting" (beside 7.9.) that would be nice and very helpful.

English is my second language. Maybe I read over something of importance.
