Hey all, we are a new casino/sportbook site that is (hopefully) going live December 1. I want to make sure out T&C for both the affiliate program and casinos are all on the up and up.
I am new to the industry on this level (Affiliate Manager and CEO of casino) so please, bear with me.
So..I guess my questions are:
We are using the Income Access affiliate software, are their standard T&C acceptable for certification?
With our Casino (ENET) and Sportsbook (Oddmatrix by Everymatrix) standard T&C acceptable?

I presume these are standard T&C that you see often, so I won't post them unless need be?

Thanks all, and I look forward to working with some of you!

Unless your opening a 'White Label' Casino/Sportsbook, then the T&C's would be unique to the gaming property and that of the associated affiliate program.

Thanks, currently- yes, just a white label. So nothing I need to be concerned about with the terms and service then..perfect :) So..then the next step to being registered here as certified would be....?

Not as easy as that M8. Who is the principle casino/sportsbook your operating this "white label" under?

I am new to the industry on this level (Affiliate Manager and CEO of casino)

So let me guess, you've bought a white label?

We will be operating under our label, Nexx Edge. Again, using Everymatrix software and Oddsmatrix, and the Enet casino plus live dealer.

enetcasino.com - operates out of Panama City and builds white label casinos. Doesn't really answer my question M8.

Are you licensed? If so, in which gaming jurisdiction and who is the principle holder of this gaming license?

You might want to change that then.

For the record, I'm, not purposely trying to give you hard time. However it seems your a newbie to not only managing/operating a gaming site but also an affiliate program. People with lots of experience fail. And as result it's players and affiliates who lose out.

It's not like it was, it's a really tough gig these days. Super competitive and even the BIG boys are struggling.

Yes, we will get that changed...I presume it was a drop down menu error.

I appreciate the "record clearing"..as I was feeling like..wtf..I am just trying to get this going.. lol I fully appreciate advice and help...and yeah, you are right...as I said in the OP, I am new. We will be bringing more people on board, but in the meantime we know the growth won't be exponential out of the gate. And this is part of the reason I am here, asking for help and advice, to make sure that this portion of things is taken care of correctly. I have a couple of friends in the industry that are willing to help once we get operational, but are currently pretty busy with their own projects.
Affiliate software training with IA starts in a couple weeks, and then the EM people fly in to do our backend/casino/sportsbet training. We should have 4-5 people trained in all facets to start so it won't be as overwhelming. I am hoping to focus personally on the Affiliate end of things. Hope that makes sense?

Given it's registered at Godaddy, I'd be inclined to suggest paying for privacy registration. Albeit the Afghan reg looks suss but given your in Canada I'd be using privacy domain registration.

Next point, your casino software. I checked out the slots and video poker. Frankly, unless the table games are designed back into stone age, there not much of an issue to players. The slots and video poker games are however, Put it this way... You'll be completing with the likes of Microgaming, NetEnt, Playtech, RTG et al. All these brands have some very slick video slots. Don't want to put a downer on your prospects BUT the games I spotted in the software your using... well tbh they are dated and look a bit Mickey Mouse.

Ok NetEnt is good :)

Enet is sh#t.

I don't dabble much in live dealers. I push slots, far more money in it ;)

Interesting that when I am adding the privacy to the domain, that the address is all correct there, including Canada.

The Live dealer option is just an addon that we chose. I hope we can push it all! lol

recommend some affiliate options/deals for down the road?

We have a few questions.

I am curious are you planning on accepting U.S players and/or USA affiliates?

What are you payment plans for U.S affiliates?

Are you capping the players winnings per week?

if so what is the cap?

Are you using income access as your backend?

Do you have a second tier?

Is it no negative carry over?

When you get a chance please let us know

Best Regards

I want to be very clear that this is NOT a certified program. In fact, they should NOT be posting at AGD unless certified.

I am curious are you planning on accepting U.S players and/or USA affiliates? Working on these issues currently.

What are you payment plans for U.S affiliates?

Are you capping the players winnings per week? Another issue that is being looked at, but looking at following a Bet365ish parallel. From my, albeit limited, understanding they have the better limits and time frame for capping?

if so what is the cap?

Are you using income access as your backend? yes

Do you have a second tier?

Is it no negative carry over? yes to NCO, but will be willing to look at ring fencing and the like...

When you get a chance please let us know
