Couple of questions if you don't mind

Is iNetBet Euro run under the same management as the generic iNetBet?
What is your policy regarding account closure, in relation to a player requesting their account be terminated?

Hi,

The Euro casino is owned and operated by the same group, however I am responsible for the management of the Euro casino and the Euro affiliate program.

If a player requests their account to be closed our response will be determined by the reason the player gives us. For example any mention of compulsive behaviour or addiction will result in an immediate and permanent exclusion, while complaints about the payout percentages on the games or bonus levels will see us attempt to retain the player.
