Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the real revenue share audit report for Chilli Partners presented on Affilka Platform.
The results of the NEW Audit Report for the statistic presented on CELLXPERT Platform can be seen here.
The results of the first audit report can be found here.

This time we tested OctoCasino and used a welcome bonus.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: Affilka

Admin fee figure found in terms and conditions/or on website:
Exact admin fee % is not stated in the affiliate program T&C
““Net Gaming Revenue” or “NGR” means all monies received by Company from New Customers as placed bets, less (a) winnings returned to New Customers, (b) issued bonuses, (c) net balance corrections, (d) administration fees, (e) fraud costs and chargebacks. For the avoidance of doubt, all Net Gaming Revenue amounts mentioned above are only related to New Customers referred to Company Websites by the Affiliate Website(s).”

Test signup and deposit is made from the Country ‘Switzerland’ since Serbia is one of the restricted countries at the casino.
Date of test deposit: 26th April 2023

We deposited €20 via Skrill and took a welcome offer of 100% up to 150.

Our balance with the welcome offer was €40 and we started playing some slots:

Game 2.jpg

Game 3.jpg

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:
Stats.jpg

For the deposit of €20 our earnings were €5.80
Since we have a 50% deal, NGR is €11.60

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 11.60/20= 58.00%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 14.50 %
  • 30% = 17.40 %
  • 35% = 20.30 %
  • 40% = 23.20 %
  • 45% = 26.10 %
  • 50% = 29.00 %

So here we go again - pure garbage!

Agreed. This is a worrying trend, lately. A 1 or 2% less than stated, it's not a huge thing. However 10% to 15% reduction in their advertised commission %'s. That's a SCAM.

Those poor affiiliates who don't know about these AGD audit... How much money are these scum bags stealing from these folks each month???!!!

ChilliPartners.com are lying, cheating scum!

Might be that many of these white labels get a ready to go T&C with terms such as min. activity of NDS's / month, terms of payments, right of changes of terms including clauses of payment policies (often meaning no activity - no payment) etc.

I believe there is a "general" affiliate commission model with such and such numbers to impress the potential future client to the white label company with max profits by having sickening high admin fees or whatever fees they are charging.

The few greater ones, with good results and low fees, have obviously changed them in their paperwork.

Thanks for these great audit reports, AGD!

Yeah, massive difference between platforms. Many programs are migrating to Affilka, and almost as many have had sneaky changes to their admin fees. Thanks for the work you do and keep these new audits coming!

Many affiliate programs have admin fees of 20% and more. The affiliate managers always argue that they have fees etc. What kind of admin fee is fair to you? Because if you have 50% rev share and you really get 50%, after deducting the fees maybe the casino would only get 30 or 40%?

Circa 2012, 'Lucas' that AM for VideoSlots.com, which had only recently commenced (2011), was posting to CAP (casinoaffiliateprograms.com). He was offering an insane 60% for life - an impossible BS figure!

I being my outspoken self, called him to count of this trickery. Fact, once one deducted fees and what not, that "promised" 60% for life, dropped to around 30%.

What's fair you ask?

Instead of inflating commission percentage to unrealistic levels, stick to the TRUTH/FACT. That would be a good start. If a program can't pay an affiliate a base of 25% min, then they need to STOP being greedy.

Before all these BOGUS admin-fees, and overly inflated commission %'s, affiliates were paid a min 25%. That figure would climb to 30% or more, calculated on a sliding-scale of player deposits.

EG:

$0 - $10,000 = $25% commission | $10,001 - $25,000 = 30% commission. Etc., etc.

Player numbers are BS, because 100 players depositing $10 each, can't compare to a whale dropping $50K per month. Anyway you get the idea.

Affiliates run a business too. We refer players BUT we have, no decision making in said casino etc. Every business has expenses. However, it's not the affiliates who should be lumbered with these casino costs.

Agree with Dave. Betreels is now 7 years old and we have a no deduction policy when it comes to affiliates. We have managed to survive : )
