but at least in their t&c´s for players does not say "max cashout of$500 per week and $2000 per monyh" if you are not a vip other rival casinos that i saw in a site

Presently, this casino owes me $50. After getting a no-deposit bonus for signing up and playing Keno, I won $250. I saw that $50 was the max cash out, so I got down to around $50 and asked how to cash out. The chat support (and I have video screen captures of all this) says, "KENO PROHIBITED!" Says, "Go to this link to see______." No link. And the agent is gone.

I get back on chat 20 minutes later, same agent, same story. I let a few hours go by. I go back, there is another gentleman, who says, "oh, no, i see that you've completed the bonus and are eligible for payout. Complete these forms."

I complete the forms. Message in chat with a question while doing the forms. Get a THIRD, new agent, who says, before i can even say anything, "KENO IS PROHIBITED!" and disconnects on me.

At this point, I demanded to speak to a supervisor, and got nowhere for hours. When I finally did get ahold of a supervisor, or claimed to be, he was most unprofessional and unhelpful. I am uploading a couple of images. This casino is a scam.

This casino is definitely NOT a scam - it's one of the best out there.
But I do understand your frustration at getting the run-around.

Generally Keno IS allowed in all their promotions, unless stated otherwise.
Do you have a screenshot of the actual promotion terms from the cashier?
That says which games you can't play.
e.g. This was the last match bonus I took there:

So for that one, Keno was allowed.
But remember each promo can have different terms - I don't have a shot of the $50 Free one.

However, I have contacted the casino manager and this is his reply:

"Our Customer Service Supervisor has been in contact with you
jshawn. He has confirmed yesterday that the game Keno was valid and was simply a misunderstanding with one of the agents during a live chat. The agent asked to wait for a reply via email for final confirmation. You have received confirmation by email that Keno was allowed. Now, to withdraw those funds, you must follow the casino policy which requires a $25 verification deposit to withdraw. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
We appreciate if you can email the casino representatives for further player issues. They will be happy to assist you and help you step by step with any procedure at 24VIP. This forum is mainly for affiliates.
