Hi all - I got my website online recently and whilst not complete the front page is looking ok, and I have managed to pull in a fair bit of traffic when I first went live.
Im working on boosting the sites content and attraction before I go on another marketing drive, but I have a problem regarding my Europartners account which is showing some activity on the stats.

I cant login to the cashier to see where my account actually stands, when I reset password it does nothing. I have emailed support.AT.europartners, and payment.AT.europartners, and my account manager, but noone is replying. I have not had a reply for over 1.5 months now and am starting to worry having read a few other things online.

What should I do? Just pull the program and forget about working with them? I would much rather resolve this with them and continue sending them lots of customers, as the sportsbook I have used before and rated highly.

Any advice appreciate :)

Thankyou and regards,
Barry

I agree with bonustreak. Drop them and move on....

Focal Click is the only Playtech program I work with these days. The affiliate managers are experienced and helpful, the program doesn't carry over negative balances, and the casino (Omni Casino) has been around for over 10 years.

Yep!
I agree with the 2 above posts - they are $%*#bags and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!

You need to be very careful when choosing any Playtech or RTG casinos to promote - at least half of all of them are rogues.

Europartners.com have been vindicated in more than a few cases of unethical cross marketing (layman terms - stealing players). These accusation are from a varied mix of webmasters.

It's been speculated they( BP) and CPays were in bed together. In addition to the shoddy Playtech casinos they represent, I'd be pulling their banners yesterday and chalking what's happen up to "noobie affiliate experience".

Cheers

They say they disabled the cashier ... for what its worth - it NEVER worked.

In my opinion, the stats they do supply are intentionally confusing!

At the end of this last month they disabled the top level revenue column - saying "due to a software update at Playtech" ...

They also carry over negatives - a big win in January could leave you without a check for the entire year!

I have very little doubt that they are some of the biggest shavers in this industry!

DONT promote this program!

Hi all,

We aslo have a very serious issue with EuroPartners right now. I will let everyone know about it soon, no matter if the outcome is good for us or not.

And you know what's worse...
The CEO and founder of EuroPartners (2002 - 2006) is now the manager/owner of EuroPalace.com which runs WinGateAffiliates.com
Ah...! So that explains their arrogant pushy attitude when trying to get me to promote their casino with their really bad affiliate terms!

I basically told 'em to get stuffed!

I've never worked with Europartners nee CasinoPartners. But used to be subjected to the most awful spam attacks, pushy sales techniques and cold calls to my office phone. For these reasons I would never and will never work with them.

It was only when I met with Marc in Amsterdam in April, that the spam and over zealous sales pitches stopped.

I'll add my voice to the 'avoid Europartners' chorus. There are lots of good Playtechs you can send traffic to : WagerJunction and Bet365 immediately spring to mind. AffClub also converts well. I'm also liking how proactive Class 1 Casino is being with affiliates, but my relationship with them is fairly new so this isn't a 100% recommendation of them.

Anyway, pull Europartners and replace them with some/all of the first three programs I've mentioned.
