Sorry I don't work with this program but I will do some digging around and see what I can find out. Maybe Rival themselves took over this casino as they did the other white labels? I also know that most ask for a min of 1k before they pay.

Maybe for USA affiliates - but not for others AFAIK.
I only know 2 programs who have $500 minimums, most of the rest are $100 (for UK affiliates, at least).
