Multiple Accounts - Help

Hi guys, Can someone tell me what I had to do when I have 2 accounts with WagerShare & with Referback ... and I'm not logged immediately after August 1, to merge them ... and as consequence at this time I can not merge these accounts

I didn't log my (Wagershare) account either but I got paid outstanding commission from it in August. I just figured if I got paid, then it must have been mapped over. But maybe I'm wrong...
