Predatory Due to:

MIN PLAYER RULE
2. The affiliate has a precondition of bringing at least seven (7) qualified first time depositors to receive the monthly commission.

Rogue due to changing the terms and conditions retroactively:

When I signed up last year, the deal was 70%/60%/50% for 3 months, then 25% minimum rev share after that. Apparently, they changed their terms recently and now there are high quotas, and YES, the change affected my deal. I logged in yesterday and see I am now at 10% (and 0% on the sports category). I emailed Nina and she said:

'Just to fill you in regarding the 10 - we had changes in T&C - you are automatically switched on 10% if you are not bringing 7QFTD ( qualified first-time depositors - 0.015BTC).

We have sent newsletter four times and shared it in the inbox to notify our partners regarding the changes.'

I see that they emailed this news from their message system, the message itself does not include the entire message, you need to login to your account to read the rest of it. The subject line also gives no sense of urgency or seriousness to the matter so it can easily be missed:/

The message they originally sent about this on January 21st was more like a new bonus promotion, one that I would normally ignore (since I don't deal with bonuses anymore).

The message invited me to Become a Member of Club40. Seems cool, right? :rolleyes:

Here is the full message:

Dear Partner,

Reminder about updates in our terms and conditions. The percentage of revenues for affiliates who bring in at least 7 QFTD's per month are as follows:

0-1 BTC ---> 30%
1-2 BTC ---> 40%
2-5 BTC ---> 45%
5-10 BTC ---> 50%
10 BTC and more ---> 60%

We also added 10% to your existing deal when you bring in more than 40 qualifying first-time deposits (0,015 BTC) and yes, you do become a part of Club40 right away. For example, you are making 40%, with Club40 It becomes 50%. If you are unable to bring enough players, don't worry cause we will still pay you 10% of what you have generated!

For more details and precise information about affiliates with flat rates, please have a look at our Affiliate Program T&C.

Under the new retroactive terms, in order to get to the first 30% tier shown above, you need to have at least 7 NDPs per month. If you don't have at least 7, your rate is 10% -- which is conveniently omitted from the message above. You only find out about the 10% rate by reading the new terms or by going to Home > My Account > Commissions, where you will see "10%" in all categories, if you haven't sent at least 7 new depositors. (And in my case, I see 0% in the sports category -- I guess we earn nothing from sports bets.)

By saying "Become a Member of Club40," they are painting this as a positive change, when clearly it is not. Most affiliates will now earn only 10% on the players sent (including past players), when they should earn at least 25% as originally promised.

I am hopeful that they will reconsider these changes and reverse course. When I check my email tomorrow morning, if they again tell me that they will not honor my original deal, I will add them to my list of rogue casinos, and I will change the text on their review pages to explain why they should be avoided.

Not too surprised by this. They still owe us for October and they keep telling us that we were paid via bitcoin. The good thing about bitcoin is that their is a block chain with the transactions.. so it's easy to see that we haven't been paid by them at all.

No messages from FortuneJack in my inbox this morning, so I pulled the trigger and rogued them.

FortuneJack Blacklisted

I also sent this email:

-------------------------

Hi again Nina,

Your silence implies that you do not intend to change your mind, so I had no choice but to rogue your brand. Here are a few examples:

https://www.moolahcasino.com/casinos/fortunejack.html

https://www.jackpotgraphs.com/online-casinos/fortunejack.html

https://www.5starslots.com/review-fortunejack.html

https://latestslots.co.uk/casinos/fortunejack/

FortuneJack has also been rogued at Affiliate Guard Dog:

https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/community/threads/moved-to-roguehouse.12726/

I will pause for a few days to see if your company shows any interest in honoring the previous set of terms for players referred before January 1st (the date the retroactive “Club40” terms went into effect), but if no progress is made by the end of the week, I will bring this rogue behavior to the attention of as many people as I can, beyond my own sites and beyond AGD.

It's been almost a week, and I haven't heard anything from FortuneJack, so it's time to start spreading the word beyond AGD and my own sites.

I made a few posts on Reddit and started a new thread at CM: FortuneJack retroactively changed T&Cs

If you rogue them as well, and would like to exchange links from the rogue pages, please link to FortuneJack Rogue and let me know where your page is, and I will link back from my page.

Please don't just delete FortuneJack from your sites. It's better to leave the page online and change it to a rogue listing instead. Players appreciate sites that point out the bad as well as the good.

We will be marking them as rogue soon. We never heard anything from them either.

It might be a good idea to post about it in the gambling section of Bitcoin Talk.

They ended up paying what was owed. This doesn't change the fact that
they have added a minimum player rule.. which is terrible for affiliates.
