Due to these terms:

1 - 20 FTD = 40% Revenue Share; SHOULD BE 0-20

This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall remain in full force and effect unless terminated as provided herein. The initial term of this agreement shall be for one (1) year and shall automatically be renewed for successive one (1) year period unless notice of termination of this Agreement is provided by any of the Party to the other at least 30 days before the end of the applicable term or if this Agreement is terminated as set forth below.

NEED TO STATE AFFILIATE WILL ALWAYS BE EMAILED WITH TERM CHANGES

i agree that the Affiliates need more safeguards as well. Some people just change things and do not really consider how the affiliate is going to be affected
