Thank you for that information. Because they decided to become a GPWA sponsor, they re-designed that term. Now they do not speak about a specific quota. They now have installed a rubbery free-ticket quota, so they can do with the webmasters what they want:

"2.3 Affiliate minimum efforts. By agreeing to participate in the Affiliate Programme, you are agreeing to use your best efforts to actively and effectively advertise, market and promote the Blockchain Games N.V. Websites in accordance with the provisions of the Affiliate Agreement and Blockchain Games N.V.’s instructions from time to time. You will ensure that all activities taken by you under the Affiliate Agreement will be in Blockchain Games N.V.’s best interest and will in no way harm Blockchain Games N.V.’s reputation or goodwill."

Blockchain Games N.V. decides, if the activity is in "N.V.'s best interest" or not.

If a programs changes their terms within weeks in this way, for me there is no doubt, when they will stop the GPWA sponsorship and leave GPWA, and it will happen, then they will install the old term you mentioned in your starting post the same day again as if nothing happened, and then also all old webmasters, signed-up due to GPWA "no quota" promotion, are trapped with that quota.
