Due to this terms:

Commissions - Minimum Payment
If this amount is less than €100 or currency equivalent BoyleSports will withhold and carry forward money until such a time that over €100 is generated and there are over 5 newly active players in the previous 6 months for the affiliate. BoyleSports will send payment via BoyleSports player account or Bank Transfer.

Affiliates may request their previous 6 months of under limits payments provided those payments are over €100 in total
Commission accumulated and not claimed after one year, will be removed.
Under limit payments, either due to minimum €100 or minimum 5 newly active players in the previous 6 months, not claimed within 12 months will expire and be removed.

Performance Rules
You shall incorporate and prominently and continually display the most up-to-date links provided by BoyleSports on all pages of your website in a manner and location agreed by us and you shall not alter the form, location or operation of the links without our prior written consent. You are eligible for Referral Commissions based upon your continued promotion of BoyleSports. We reserve the right to reduce Referral Commission percentages or withhold affiliate commissions if you reduce your efforts to recruit new Customers.

said it before on here I think, it doesn't help that although I actually like the boylesports betting site if you work with 'free bets' and sign up bonues like i do their uk free bet is terrible compared to others so its a harder brand to send players to. and before we talk about them changing terms

How do they even expect any affiliates to work for them with these terms?
You can theoretically catch a "Whale", but not have 5 NDP's in last 6 Months. So, you can only watch your big number on screen, or what?
And it gets wiped after a year?

Since they don't convert well at all, such situation is very possible.
And you can't do anything, if they don't convert?! It's on them in last instance, or?

I checked last 6 Months, we don't have them in any visible places, but still, we've brought them 217 signups and only 2 were converted.
We do have 11 depositors in this period, but only 2 new ones.

Will these matters ever be regulated by law?
I mean, you earn something but get never payed. It's in conflict with all common laws.
