super stupid and super short sighted thinking. Invoking quotas etc will only damage their brand and piss of affiliates,.

there is absolutely no rational justification for having quotas ( claiming otherwise is nothing but BS ), and its only a poor attempt, by ever increasing number of operators, to FORCE affiliates to push their biz.
