After discussions with Game Revenue, they have removed the Predatory Terms, we are now moving them to Certified with a Low Revshare warning because the lowest revshare is below 25%.

Does that mean if you do not get any new depositers in the month they don't pay you? That seriously needs to be changed to 0-10

It looks like they've updated to the following:

from 0 up to 10 depositors - 40%
from 11 up to 20 depositors - 45%
21+ - 50%

but the earnings for all brands will be bundled starting from October 1st, 2020.

These terms don't look friendly to me:

6.10 If within three calendar months a partner does not refer a new depositor, the commission will be set at 20%. In the absence of new depositors within 6 months, the commission will be set at 10%. The commission will be reverted back to 20% the next month if a new depositor is referred, or set to the standard Game-Revenue commission plan if 5 or more new depositors are referred within a calendar month.

6.11 In case of attracting the clients of a partner to a new brand entirely at the expense of Game-Revenue, the commission will be set at 20%, but with the possibility of increasing it if a partner begins to refer new customers to a new brand.

Given that they state that no fees are deducted in the other thread, when their terms clearly state otherwise is not a plus either.

@JTK - where do you see 6.10, 6.11? After the certification team spotted these terms the team at Game-revenue removed them in order to have affiliate froendly terms and AGD certified.

Aaah I see they have two sets of terms, the T&Cs page located in the footer of the site is incorrect. We will contact them to update this.
