Due to these terms:
Termination
In the event that we find, at our discretion, that you have started activities prohibited by this Agreement, including marketing activities in unauthorized territories, competing marketing or that you have violated the provisions of this Agreement, we (i) may terminate with effect immediate this agreement and (ii) we will be able to withhold when due you even if this amount is not generated by the unauthorized activity. The right to compensation for the damage caused to us is reserved.
The term of effect of this Agreement starts from the moment you have received notice of our acceptance of your affiliation request; the Parties will have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and with immediate effect, including by email sent to a member of our staff.
Without departing from the above, we will terminate this agreement immediately if we become aware that you or your Player are involved in fraud, Rake-back, or other payment methods or financial incentives, or have doubts about your true identity, or in the presence of activities that could jeopardize the integrity of the Snai Affiliation program.
However, the termination of this Agreement involves the inactivity of your account for 45 consecutive days
The Commissions will however be reduced by 10% after 1 month (30 days) of "inactivity.
To keep the Affiliation "active" it is necessary to produce at least 20% of the players compared to the previous month.
Results and Termination. Immediately after the termination of this Agreement you will need to remove all our text links and banners from your site, as well as trademarks, names, symbols, logos, designs or other graphic material or content owned or developed under license or created or supplied by us to as a result of this Agreement. You will need to disable links from your site to our Sites and block the activity of sending promotional emails. All rights and licenses given to you in this Agreement will terminate with immediate effect.
We may withhold payment of the balance of the amount due for a reasonable period of time in order to ensure payment of the correct amount and to verify that there are no debts or suspended payments. We are entitled to deduct from us any debts or amounts due to us which may be due, if there are any.
Any access and use of our Sites by Players following termination of this Agreement does not constitute an extension or renewal of this Agreement.
