Due to this new term:

8.11 the Company wants to work with the best and most active Affiliates and because of this the Company may, at its sole discretion, opt to implement a minimum volumes requirement to the Affiliate account. Such minimum volume requirement, if implemented by the Company, shall operate as follows: the Affiliate shall be obliged send a minimum of 5 Referred Customers in any given month. In the first month where the Affiliate fails to send 5 Referred Customers ("the Minimum Volume Amount"), the Commission shall be reduced by 50%. If the Affiliate then fails in the following month to send the Minimum Volume Amount, their Commission shall be set to zero% until the Minimum Volume Amount is met.

We worked with Hero Affiliates till they have decided to exit the german market due to new regulations.

Now one more reason that our intention was right, not to promote anymore.

Alone the beginning of the sentence "the Company wants to work with the best and most active Affiliates" should let you think about.

Imposing such conditions is really incomprehensible and will only harms them at the end.

Robbed from my players, I was loyal affiliate for 4-5 years and now I am leaved with 0% RS and 0€ from MY PLAYERS because this "new term".
