Due to this term:
10.4 Termination of Specific Trackers
We withhold the right to suspend or terminate Trackers without cause, and without termination of the Agreement. If this is the case, we will provide you with an email or a fax regarding this matter, utilizing the email address and fax number you may have provided to us. The termination of an individual Tracker will also terminate any Affiliate Earnings you may have received as a result of that particular Tracker. No other active Trackers will be affected.
Termination of trackers "without cause?" is not acceptable, especially if there are active players referred under the tracker.
