We thought this term was an ongoing rule:

Minimum Player Rule
III. GoldenAffiliates - VietBet.eu reserves the right to to hold payouts on affiliate commissions from any affiliate with less than 3 unique active accounts. An active account is defined as a player who registers and makes a real money deposit at VietBet, ChineseBookie, or BetAnySports.

But VietBet clarified that was a one-time qualification, so we have moved them to certified:

What we mean by unique active: A Unique Player (One account per Person, per Household, per IP Address).

The unique player must make at least one real money deposit (this qualifies as active); player can deposit once, run through his balance and never return again (still counts as 1 Active Player).

The affiliate must reach (3) of the active player count, and which point he / she is Grandfathered in for all future payouts and can withdraw commissions weekly (Payouts processed Monday - Friday).

Please note they also have negative carry over.

So, since I joined BetAnySports affiliate I have referred three, two are depositors.
One is fairly good and the other medium. So far I have generated almost $1700 in
profits sent to my account. Then on Monday I go to make a withdrawal


and.......


Denied! Why? Well apparently, I need a min. of 5 depositors in order to withdrawal funds. Well, that's funny
it wasn't on their Terms and Conditions. (Listed Below)

Affiliates* The affiliate are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement will create any kind of partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
* Affiliate Department may approve reject or close an affiliate account at any time and at our sole discretion.
* Affiliate will pay the affiliate a commission either based on the players' net losses or on the customer's first deposit.
* Affiliate will distribute affiliate revenue on a weekly basis every Monday. Negative balances will carry over.
* Affiliate will grant the affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable right to use Betanysports logos and text solely for the purpose of our affiliate program.
* The banners provided by Affiliate are hosted on our servers and we reserve the right to update these banners at any time and without previous notice.
* Affiliate will not be liable for any indirect, or consequential damages or losses incurred by the affiliate or a customer referred by the affiliate, arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
* Affiliate reserves the right to monitor usage and block IPs of anyone not using XML feed properly.
* Affiliates should use best commercially reasonable efforts to actively and effectively advertise, market and promote Betanysports as widely and aggressively as possible in order to maximize the financial benefit to both, affiliate and Betanysports.
* All affiliates are responsible to acknowledge the Terms and Conditions for our Affiliate Program.
* By opening an account with Betanysports, the referred customers agree that all Betanysports client rules, policies and operating procedures will apply to them. Betanysports reserves the right to refuse or close customers' accounts if necessary to comply with any requirements we may periodically establish.
* It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that the correct tracking is utilized on their website. Betanysports is not responsible for commission fees generated from referrals with incorrect or incomplete referral information.
* Affiliate will earn commissions for the life of the customer as long as the affiliate remains an active member of our Program. An active member is defined as an Affiliate who remains in good standing and promotes Betanysports to the best of their ability.
* The Affiliate account holder may not receive commission from his/her own action using a personal wagering account.
* The affiliate will be responsible for the operation, development, and maintenance of his webpage.
* If an affiliate wants to use the sportsbook services, they may do so through their affiliate account.
* Regular Betanysports customer's rules and norms will apply at the time of payments.
* Under no circumstances the affiliate should send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the new Federal spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 in regards to the Betanysports Affiliate Program.
* Any attempt of abuse of this program or improper use of any affiliate accounts will be penalized.
* Affiliates reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion without prior notice.

So I sent an email to inquire and have not heard back. I'll let you know. Thankfully, I have a forum so I know the guys who signed up.
I intentionally sent them there as a alternative to 5 Dimes, hope it don't bite me in the ass.

Some programs have this rule in order to get the first payment, after that you do not need min players to be paid.

Basically what this terms states is: Even when you reach the minimum player quota, Betanysports reserves the right to not pay an affiliate, if... they (Betanysports) feels the affiliate is not delivering enough players.

IMO that needs investigating because it's clearly a predatory clause.

Hi there, this is not considered to be predatory, we have several programs listed as friendly that do require 5 first time players for a 1st payout. Once you achieve that amount of players you will be paid each month on time with no min player rule.

Just to let everyone know, I did get my 5th signup. Requested a withdraw for 2700+ and it came the same day via Bitcoin with a nice letter that said Thank You for the support. So all is on the up and up so far. Hopefully, it stays that way. I just wanted to update everyone. BAS is on the good side as of now.

Maybe you were busy or something, and didn't take the time required, to absorb the now, BOLDED text.

That most certainly does constitute "predatory" behavior.

Clearly someone has gone in a blind edited the OP, well after the last displayed edit (Sep 27, 2019). Reiterating, you, yourself state "5 first time players for a 1st payout" and that post was dated: October 29'th 2020.

The only way a post changes to "3 unique active accounts" yadda... yadda... yadda, when originally it was 5 first time players for a 1st payout, is when someone goes in a BLIND EDIT'S a post, to reflect new changes.

Because the content/post was edited, it is no longer "predatory".

But lets get one (1) thing perfectly clear here... it was most certainly "predatory" when the OP was posted in Sept 2019, when I called the clause out as "predatory" in Oct 21'st 2020,, and when you, yourself @bonustreak posted on Oct 29'th 2020.

Saying it wasn't predatory on Nov 2'nd 2020, which was literally months, the next year after the OP was posted, and some unknown time when that post was blind-edited, is a moot point. This is exactly how people outsmart themselves. Better sticking to the facts

More importantly, don't hide post edit/s. Doing so almost always ends up, with egg on someone's face!
