Due to these terms:
(a) the Affiliate breaches any of the terms of this Agreement which have not been rectified within five (5) Business Days of notice from WinDaddyPartners specifying the breach and specifying its remedy;
11.5 WinDaddyPartners may modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time. WinDaddyPartners will give you five (5) Business Days notice
WinDaddy will process and pay out unclaimed commission to the affiliate for up to a 6 month period where no automated monthly commission payments are cleared. In the case of agreed manual adjustments where payment on invoice is agreed, such as flat fees and listing fees. This will be paid up to a 6 month period without invoices received.
4.3 WinDaddyPartners may withdraw a Commission plan at any time by giving written notice to you. Another plan will be appointed to you and the details of which customers this will apply to (new and / or existing) will be discussed on a case by case basis.

WinDaddy will process and pay out unclaimed commission to the affiliate for up to a 12 month period where no automated monthly commission payments are cleared. In the case of agreed manual adjustments where payment on invoice is agreed, such as flat fees and listing fees. This will be paid up to a 12 month period without invoices received.
11.5 WinDaddyPartners may modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time. WinDaddyPartners will give you five (5) Business Days notice by written notice via email of any such changes. If you do not agree to the changes you may serve notice to terminate this Agreement under clause 10 before the changes take effect and such changes will not apply for the duration of the notice period set out in clause 11. If you fail to terminate this Agreement and continue to participate in the Affiliate Program you will be deemed to have accepted the changes made under this clause. The latest modified date of these terms and conditions will be displayed at the bottom of this Agreement.
