This is a new one and i'm a bit stuck. I'm moving a site from set CMS to a usual format I use and edit the site manually which I'm comfortable with but have an issue. I use dreamweaver to edit and normally just have 1 directory with all the pages sat in that and go from there. This new one though I need sub-directories for individual countries. Any idea how I set this up using dreamweaver?

Don't you just need to add in new folders for each country?

Rough example...

- Index.html
- AboutUs.html
- Contact.html
// UK
> UKHomePage.html
// France
> FRHomePage.html
// Germany
> DEHomePage.html

Where '//' denotes a folder and '>' is stuff in that folder.

This would then create a URL like sitename.com/UK/pages-from-there.html

Maybe wait for another opinion, there may be a better way to run it, but that was always my thinking. Sub domains is an option too, but I think you risk losing any link juice on them as it's classed as a different website (I think).
