Ok, well I'm glad to hear something is moving along. I still haven't seen anything yet but I'll keep my eyes open.

Hi wjb, I looked into this and online18's payment took 10 days (including weekends) to come through. His was sent on the 19th and yours on the 21st.

I am guessing but I reckon you'll see it today or tomorrow.

We're already asking why these are taking so long as when we tested these guys it ranged between 2 and 5 days.

Keep the faith and let us know when it drops.

Any sign ????

Nothing today, but I'm pretty sure today is a banking holiday in the US so that's not a surprise.

Well, I didn't mean to turn this into the personal wjb316 support thread... I just wanted to chime in earlier and let the other guy know he wasn't the only one waiting. I'm not worried about the payment - it'll come through eventually. I'll just bump the thread when it does.

Can we create a thread just for you so I can support you there? :)

I expected the payment to yesterday and although I knew about today being a holiday I never thought about it delaying the payment.

If it isn't being spent on beer by Friday I'll get accounts to sort out the processorrs as these are taking much too long in my eyes.

However, definately no need to be worried, I just don't like owing people money...even when its not my money. One way or another we'll get it to you.

Haha if I'm spending the money on beer on Friday, I'll drink one for you. If you rather e-mail me w/ any updates or questions that's fine too. I just wanted to make it clear I'm not too worried and no need to make it a big, public deal. Slow pays are going to happen in this industry and when it happens, it's nice having a solid AM on top of it updating us.

Yep, slow pays and hold ups happen.

That will never make it acceptable for me. If every program paid late or missed a month I'd be in a different industry.

Communication is alway good and Martyn does a great job on that end. I'd still rather see a post from a program telling us payments would be late this month or along those lines instead of mailing or starting a thread to ask first.

Just sayin

That's an understandable position. You gotta look at it case by case. I've worked with AffEdge for about a year now and they have paid by the 3rd every month like clockwork up until today. It was only a couple of us and Martyn has been updating us so I have no complaints. Plus, Martyn has always been a rock-solid AM returning e-mails and answering some of my most ridiculous questions. They have the top spots all over my main site because everything is spot on (including from the players' point of view).

It's one thing when someone like AffEdge gets held up by a processor and we have to wait. It's a completely different thing when someone like C-Planet blames processors for everything and refuses to honor player winnings and affiliate payments.

Hi Joe, yes holdups are not ideal and we no way mean for them to happen. However sometimes it's totally out of our hands as in this case. The vast majority of our payments are on time as I am sure you are well aware but when there is a hiccup we always try our best to resolve it in the fastest possible way.

We also changed payment details for wjb to something more suitable so there was a slight delay as a result of that.

Cheers,

Update:

May earnings have been paid.

Thanks for sticking around on the forums (and via e-mail) when it's so common for AMs to disappear, blame affiliates, etc. Really do appreciate it.
