    Dear Affiliates,

In light of current events with both MasterCard and Visa blocking casino
transactions, for the past number of days we have been and are continuing
to receive large amounts of bank initiated charge backs from three of our
    payment processors.

The processors have in effect confiscated the money with no chance of
recovery in sight at present, although we are currently trying to achieve
    a favorable outcome with them.

These seized deposits/transactions due to the reasons above, will show up
as an adjustment in the affiliate commission reports as "Chargebacks". If at
any time should we be able to recover any of the funds, we will reimburse
    affiliates accordingly without delay.

As stated this only applies to three processors and we are able to successfully
process through our various other processors. Please note that it’s most
probable to see a reduction in commissions earned for February.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

I assume these are credit card charge backs as opposed to master/visa debit card issues? I noticed last week some MG casinos are using rotating payment processors and charging irregular amounts, seems to be working.

Maybe exploring alternative solutions may help?

    Reversal of Fortune!

Star Partner has fought the good fight on behalf of our affiliates and won!

We have managed to recover a substantial amount of the charge-backs that
were processed during March of this year, and this will reflect on affiliates’
personal Star Partner accounts with immediate effect!

One needs only to check out the separate Charge-back column which reflects
the calculation of the charge-back reversal in one’s Net Profit section.

All affected affiliates have been notified via email, so please don’t hesitate to
check out your inbox to find out your status!

You have already added the reversal of the chargebacks to my account ?

    Nice work.
