That's DIABOLICAL!

Do you have a list of the Theoretical RTPs for all your slots (i.e. Playtech's RTP figures)?

KK

Hello KK,

As requested, I have attached for your attention, the figures from Playtech.

Please do let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Regards
Amy

The average from those figures is 95.65%...
Have you got any idea why your player's RTPs were several % below that at both your casinos last month?
Cheers!
KK

Yes, you ARE missing something! :p

Solomons was 4.15% lower than the average,
Windows was 3.35% lower.

Anything more than 2, I would call "several".

Unless they have very few active players, I would expect the actual returns to be much closer to the theoretical.

No I DONT think i am missing anything - i think its you who is missing something.

Those percentage differences on a monthly basis can quite easily occur and can hardly be called several. i think you are being overly dramatic.

In addition your added speculation as to number of players is not helpful either as it will just stop Casinos from providing this kind of information to marketing partners.

The RTP is not something that the Casino controls or for that matter any other Playtech Casino , it does not have a magic switch on switch off button. So i am failing to see what the purpose of your vitriolic posts are about. Are you suggesting that they are manipulating pay outs ?

To say that something is diabolical to me means that it is unacceptable. These RTPs do not seem to be unacceptable to me. I am pretty sure that every Casino has seenthis kind of RTP on online slots at some stage or the other. Sorry but im just not getting what your rant is about ?

None of my posts were either vitriolic, speculative or a rant - so I don't know what your problem is.
I was just making observations.
As a bit of a "slot-head" I was just very surprised to see the figures being so low (in MY opinion) compared to the "industry standard" of around 95%.

Maybe I didn't write my last post as clearly as I could have, but all I was trying to say is that you "missed" that more than 2 of something becomes "several". That's all.

Hi Everyone,

As bingostreet so logically pointed out (Thanks for that btw), the casinos payout percentages are not something our partners can (or would) manipulate and vary from month to month.

Granted these figures might seem low to you KK but I can easily point out, for instance, that in October 2011 King Solomons Casino had a Slots payout ratio of 98.60%. In February 2012 the Slots ratios were 94.60% for Windows Casino and 94% for King Solomons while the Progressive Slots % was at 98.60% at Windows Casino.

I could go on and on giving examples but the full reports are available on the casino websites footers so that anyone can check them.

Bottom line is some months are simply better than others.

For any further clarifications, feel free to give a shout.

Cheers
Amy
