LVBet Partners - Late Payments

Meanwhile LVBet partners belongs to one of the companies where paying commissions more and more very late. They can wait till 24th of each month to pay your commission. I find it not okay to let their partners waiting a so long time. It's stated in their FAQ's that payments issue within 14 days.

In their terms stated: The commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be performed by the [8th- 24th] of each calendar month. They are waiting till the last day. So they can write right away "We pay first on 24th"

This isn't very partner friendly!

Actually, commission payments at LVbets are always quite fast or at least reasonable, with a few rare exceptions. But unfortunately every year in December there are problems.I don't know why that is?! Last year, as far as I can remember, it was the same :( Unfortunately, this is the month especially in the month where probably every affiliate needs his money urgently (presents for Christmas etc).
That's a pity.
I hope that it really works until the 24th of December and the money does not arrive after the holidays

And what has SmartSoft Gaming to do with LVBet Partners Late Payments ?

With me the same situation: With me unfortunately also still no entrance of the November commissions. And my Affiliate Manager seems to be available again on 30.12. according to his Skype account ?! I hope that tomorrow is really paid then, tomorrow is the 24th

Unfortunately no commissions received today :(

Same here and i say it again, payments are not more fast anymore since this year. It takes from month to month longer and they can wait till 24th of each month.

Neteller and Skrill haven't also processed any incoming payments since 23th. Probably regarding holidays.

Our earnings are displaying for january but don't display on pending payments. Give them still a bit time till next week. I believe it will display if they are back from LAC because i'm not sure if they must do manually or waiting for Netrefer. Same on Energy partners.

On other partners with Netrefer the balance is displaying and also under open payments. Either it's a problem with Netrefer or they must do manually.

You must also have a look whether something is possibly under limit. In all cases the balance always display if there are carry over payments.

Thanks for your feedback ! Just as you say with other NetRefer partners the numbers are displayed. Under the heading "Rewards" "Earning Summary" or at " Earning Report" or even at the daily figures for January the numbers are also shown to me. Just not in the Dashboard under "Balance" and "Payments". Well as you say ;) Just wait until the employees are back from the affiliate fairs.
Do you also work with Rabbit Affiliates (Lapalingo, Lord Lucky, Elcarado) ?

Yes, we have an account for Lapalingo but we don't promote. And we have an account for LordLucky we have listed and do promote.

The problem on Lapalingo was the bad terms in the past so we decided not to promote. LordLucky was operated by another partner but under the licence from rabbit. That was our intention to promote LordLucky because we have a good connection to this other partner. Till the time the company Rabbit decided to do again by themself. After migration to new platform and again under Rabbit we nevertheless only continue with LordLucky because our impression with Lapalingo is unsafe. Okay it's the same company but it is how it is.

This is only based on our experience a few years ago with bad communication to the former manager and later through perusal from bad partner-terms & conditions. Meanwhile they have changed the terms but the bad experience will stay into your mind.

LordLucky casino is absolut okay and easy to use. For me one of the best casinos.

Okay! Unfortunately you are right - this reputation still hangs behind Lapalingo and makes it difficult to promote Lapalingo.
I wanted to ask you if you got this mail from Rabbit, that all the dates for January and February are wrong and incorrect. Apparently all affiliates and all 3 brands are affected. The figures from Casino Turnover/Gross Revenue/Net Revenue and Earnings are apparently incorrect for all brands and all affiliates.

One can only hope that the income is not too much affected. Unless it has a positive effect and becomes more :)

Hi Shaun, thanks for the feedback. Then I'll send the bill to to the finance department ;)
Unfortunately, I'm probably one of the 1 percent of affiliates where the error had a negative effect on the commission :) I'm over 100 Euro less than before.

Hi Insider I see just at the posts "Affiliate Payments" that probably someone has already received his commissions from LVPartners on 13.02. Did you get yours? I haven't received anything via Skrill.
