This email is to confirm Ludos Affiliates is now Silverspin Partners.
WHAT'S CHANGED?
Silverspin Media has taken over as the affiliate program partner for the brands previously managed by Ludos Affiliates. As such, the main changes are:
1. The URL is different and you'll need to update your links.
2. Your payments for all activity from November will be made from Silverspin Media (bank, Neteller etc).
Other than that, everything else is pretty much the same.
- Same great converting brands
- Same deals
- Same login details
- Same platform (no migration = no issues)
HAVE ANY TERMS CHANGED?
Yes, there is one change. The new threshold for all payment methods is now £200.
All other Terms and Conditions remain the same.
WHO IS SILVERSPIN MEDIA?
Silverspin Media is based in London and manages the affiliate programs of a number of brands for multiple companies.
Your key contact is now Chris Phillips. He likes music, sport, and beer.

You may already work with them here. The two programs run on different platforms and work with different partners. But you can contact Chris about either or both programs.
NEXT STEPS
1. Login to https://affiliates.silverspinpartners.com/
- All your login details are the same
- The forgot password link will work if you've forgotten your password
2. If you normally invoice monthly with a VAT invoice, please address your invoice to: Silverspin Media Limited, 154-158 Shoreditch Hight Street, London, E1 6HU, UK.
- Send your invoice to info@silverspinpartners.com
3. Change your links!
- Your ludosaffiliates links will continue to work and update your stats for the next 6 weeks, however for your own peace of mind, change them now.
- The old ludosaffiliate links will be turned off 31 Jan 2019.
4. Update your contact details.

We would hate to see you go, but we understand change doesn't suit everyone. You can close your account anytime by emailing info@silverspinpartners.com.
