As a player I didn't receive any notification. I will check with my affiliate to track whether I am still tagged after the transition. As an aside I'm a little confused about JetSet's comment on that thread about Grande Vegas being "sold off 6 months later". I didn't notice that transition at all.

Looking at the fiascoes of software changes lately I wonder if there is a better protocol to follow, this rag tag mishmash catch as catch can approach is really below JPC standards in every other respect.

That said I am excited about the new software! Let's hope they offer some great incentives, this could really liven up a lot of US facing portfolios!

I agree 100% and it happens about 95% of the time (it seems) that players know before we do (active marketing partners). Really poor communication over the last couple of years in *most* affiliate programs. Not saying this happened in this case, but I see it as an alarming trend.

At first I thought I hadn't got one, but after reading the thread at CM I checked again and found I did have it, but hadn't noticed it because the title was NOT something like "New software coming soon" or "Lucky Club closure notice"...

NO, the subject of the e-mail was "Xxxxxx, only three more days!"
Where Xxxxxx was my surname only!
I just thought it was more bonus spam.

Extremely unprofessional IMHO. :(

That is why I like if affiliate managers come here on AGD and post such things. Many times e-mails get lost or we might overlook them in our spam folders, then it is good to have that posted here. I visit AGD on a daily basis and read the new posts.
