Lotus affiliates contact?

I had tried getting in touch with them when firebrand went under, in an attempt to give them my Saucify traffic. With no luck, I went with Vistagamingaffiliates, and they have been doing fairly well with it.
That's one of the things that I never understood. Why on earth some programs are so slow in responding to affiliates willing to sign up. I understand why they can be slow when it comes to conversions/slow payments/ spam and so on, but not to respond to someone who is interested in sending traffic...?

I've just been using the standard support @ lotusaffiliates.com and dealing with someone called "Raj"
They do reply, but twice now they said they've sent me money - but I never got it...
Still dealing with this right now.

Did you ask for proof of payment? or did they give their word?

No proof - and guess what? No reply to the e-mail I sent them last week...Did you ask for proof of payment? or did they give their word?
