Looking for WP developer

hi i am using Visitor Country plugin with custom coding and custom shortcodes and it works smoothly. unfortunately i see this plugin is not active in WP repository any more: http://gefri.org/misc/wordpress/visitor-country

which caching excatly? i have tried with html caching and it works!
