And yes after 3 months of begging they did not pay. In emails they don't respond, on live chat they send an email to affiliate

manager. I was begging every 2-3 days for 3 months, and it's not only me believe me.

Conclusion
BIG SCAM STAY AWAY.

Hi MathAlex,

Thank you for your post, I would be more than happy to explain our situation with your account.

Your affiliate account has been very suspicious for us in regards to player behaviour and taking advantage(in an unethical way) to certain benefits that we offer our affiliates. Let me explain further.

You created an account with us and added an inexistent domain name, which is http://momosfit.com/. Then the account proceded to bring in 1 registration - 1 new depositor for 2 of our brands. Both usernames were exactly the same meaning this is the same person. We later verified IP addresses and noticed there were multiple IP locations(different continents) for one of the players, which means they could be using a proxy server to change locations.

We then noticed that these players made bets using a pattern that goes as follows: They would deposit a big amount (500 euros in most cases) and would make only 1 bet per month. This bet was made on either RED or BLACK on roulette. If the player wins, he would immediately cash out and double his winnings, if the player losses then the affiliate will earn a commission from this. The issue here is that we offer a no negative carryover, so when the player wins it becomes a negative in the affiliate account, due to this policy we zero it out and the players start from scratch at the beginning of each month.

Our fraud team was informed about these players due to their association with an affiliate. This betting pattern is identical to a syndicate that is defrauding casinos. It is a betting pattern that uses certain benefits offered by Affiliate Programs to try and “beat the system”. So when you mention that "its not only me believe me", you are absolutely right on that matter, there are 2 other affiliates besides your account that are doing the exact same thing. All 3 affiliates are based in the same country as well as the players.

Affiliates that know us and have worked with us know that we are not in the business of “scamming”. The reasons for this situation are because of what I mentioned previously. Any questions please let me know.

I appreciate the affiliate program providing an explanation on this. This case sounds quite obvious.

@gabriel_LCP If what you say is correct and the affiliate purposely used the system to solely gain advantage over the house, I think everything is explained already. The OP has not replied yet but from your explanation this issue is looking quite obvious.

LCP is one of the few non-US facing programs I have had earnings with, and they paid out fairly quickly :).

Their detailed and professional explanation I think also shows they care.. Just because you may have failed to read the TOS doesn't make something a scam..

That seems to be a common issue among people now-a-days.. Not just in this industry but in life in general.. If something doesn't go their way its a scam, no need to read the terms.. Just sign now and complain later..

I wanted to thank you all for participating and understanding the scenario. If MathAlex would like me to provide any more information I would be more than happy to.

I think affiliates and affiliate programs have a common goal and therefore should help each other out, not look to take advantage of one another as it sometimes happens.

Your support is much appreciated and if anybody has any other questions or inputs they are very welcome!

you know shady affiliates like this are making it difficult for everyone else. Coz you get the aff programmes to introduce new rules, restrictions etc that then affect all affiliates.
