I hope you are starting off your week on the right foot!
I wanted to share the news that Live Casino Partners has added the Live Chat feature to all of its brands. So in our previous thread, I mentioned the addition of BetRealm.com to our affiliate program. So now we are offering the live chat service for CelticCasino.com, FairwayCasino.com, LuckyLiveCasino.com, 1LiveCasino.com and BetRealm.com.
We have actually had this Live Chat feature since the beginning of February but decided to make it public recently since we now know how much more improved our numbers have been. We can confirm that almost immediately we noticed an increase in conversions and retention and are happy to move forward with this. Our players have greatly appreciated this we are now providing an immediate customer service solution for them.
We have a team of 4 professional chat agents that have had many years of experience in the customer support area so players will never feel unattended by our overall support team. They are fluent in both English and Spanish but will work with a translator on any other language. Our chat agents are Lucrecia, Natalia, Stefania and Fabrizio.
