Does anyone know if Adam is still the affiliate manager for Sexy Stars?

I haven't heard hide nor hare from him since last November and I was just looking at my account there and it shows where I've had several depositing players over the past few months but it shows no commission for those deposits!

This is troubling for sure, anyone else seeing this in their stats?

Anybody have a Skype contact for them?

In their terms and conditions it states that....

    Commissionable revenue is defined as:

    Gross Gaming Revenue

So my question is, what is "Gross Gaming Revenue" defined as?

I just re-read the entire terms and conditions again and could not find this info listed anywhere!

    What does this mean?

How did AGD determine what this meant when you guys approved this program?

What Exactly does "Gross Gaming Revenue" entail?

An email was sent, the owner will be back in the office tomorrow (out of office message for the holidays). I'll let you know if I receive a response.

Well... over a week now since I first made the post above and also emailed the program and still NO RESPONSE....

So that brings me to my other question...

How long does 'Certified Casino Affiliate Programs' have to respond here at AGD before we add a Warning to their listing here?

Does there need to be a poll like your 'Rival Poll'?

Certified programs are 'supposed' to respond 'in a reasonable amount of time'. This is the statement during the certification process. However- it is tough to keep up with them all and ensure that this happens.. especially with the turmail and turnover of AM's.

I'll try to do something about that and I understand what you are saying.

    Thanks Andy...:)

IMO, it passed the "reasonable amount of time" frame at the 1-week point as it is now going on 2-weeks...but I digress...

Do you know if this program is now run by "Income Access" ?

And if so, should they be the ones responding here?

In my personal opinion if a program doesn't respond they should be removed. The thing is they are taking advantage of AGD exposure and contributing nothing. If they are removed then at least they don't get any exposure.

No problems with legal issues - they just vanish. AGD is popular enough for programs to seek you out. Put the burden of being listed on them.

I know its good to keep folks informed, but people could be informed via sticky threads in a special forum.... In fact you could make a LOCKED thread of each program in predatory or rogue format, with a synopsis of why YOU personally won't allow them on your site... then they dont get all that nice exposure on the main list....

I did not think this all the way out but those rogue, predatory programs should be isolated and exposure minimized. Sponsored should be very visible and their feet held to the fire if the screw up. Good programs that are not sponsored should be below that.

(obv. its not my site, and they are just suggestions. so hope they aren't taken as critical, they arent! :) just my 2c)

Andy, Did you notice my 2 questions above?

I do see "Lifestyle Affiliates" does still have a Forum and a Listing here...so please allow me to add a third question to the two above...

Do you not have a valid contact for programs that are being listed here?

    Thanks

PS. If you would just like me to shut-up about this issue and leave you alone about it then please say so, believe me, I understand with the way this industry is going now...but if not, I would certainly appreciate some answers here.

I STILL BELIEVE in AGD!

I have been working on it, sorry for the delay... I literally got an email from someone new about 30 seconds ago saying:

Since they seem to be unwilling to actually pay attention to their affiliate program - I am going to mark them in some other category. Maybe a warning category, I don't know.. but programs that refuse to respond should not have affiliates from AGD.

Thanks for your patience Guru and sorry this was taking so long, was getting the runaround because they didn't want anything to do with this thread and said it is a 'Parlay Issue'.

Very frustrating to say the least. Adam was awesome... where the heck did he go???!!!

Thanks man, you know me...sorry for the frustration showing through above...guess my patience level is peaked at about the two week range...

Anyway, Adam is now at ww.initialrewards.com

I spoke to him earlier and he said he left there in Dec. 2010

That was real good of them letting you know this eh...

Hell, they didn't let anyone know...I'm roguing the outfit...you can do what you like by shuffling them around BUT their ass is now Rogue in TheGamblingGurus world! ;)

I need a category for this type, IMO. Rogue is a tough one for me since it is essentially non-communication.

I will have to put on my thinking cap.

In my book there's only one thing worse than non-communication and that's non-payment...To either affiliate or player.

    I know I take a tough stance on this but if I don't then who will...exactly ;)

Lifestyle Affiliates probably should not be listed as a certified program any longer Andy, the program as well as the casino went out of business a little over a month ago.

The casino website has been down since then, the affiliate site is still up but you cannot log-in.

Just thought I would give you an update based on our previous conversation here.
