This week we are auditing Legend Affiliates by depositing at Casino Max.

Legend Affiliates currently have 2 brands.
  1. Casino Max
  2. Cherry Jackpot
We have a 45% revenue share deal with them.

We deposited 35 USD at Casino Max via credit card.

We played slots until we lost it all.

The affiliate program recorded our $35 deposit and a net revenue of $24.40, of which our 45% revenue share was $10.98.

This gives us an Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposit and lost) of 24.40/35 = 69.7%

To see what your real revenue share is, multiply your advertised revenue share rate by the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (69.7) eg.
  • 30% = 20.91%
  • 35% = 24.39%
  • 40% = 27.88%
  • 45% = 31.36%

Hi Martyn,

If you're reading this, I'm just wondering when you will have Bitcoin (BTC) implemented as a payment method for affiliates?

I will gladly sign up as a new affiliate once you can pay in Bitcoin.

Thank you very much.

I noticed over the last few months that they have some "hidden fees" (deductions we can't see) which takes a considerable amount off the NGR. I haven't noticed this at other RTG operators.

But I'm still doing VERY well with these guys, so I still think they are... well Legends!

You are right, there are some fees here.. but in their favor it's one of the few RTG programs that gives you access to player data, bets wagering etc similar to betting partners, most of the other RTG programs just tell you how much you made but not by who and how much each one deposited, ultimately my early impressions of this program are positive

That Asgard slot... wow what a shameless try-hard version of Thunderstruck II

After meeting them at LAC yesterday I found out what the "missing money" is: They ring-fence all winning players until they go back into the black. So it's like NCO on a player by player basis.
I hadn't realised this before - I guess I didn't read all their terms thoroughly when I signed up

What if they win, cash out and never return, does it carry forward forever?

Yes. (Sorry Biti)

But as each player is ring-fenced, that doesn't matter as it doesn't affect anything else.
e.g. If a player won $100,000 then left & never came back, it would not have any impact on your earnings from other players.
At least - that's the way I interpret "ring fencing".

No problem :)

I interpreted it as this player will be forever marked as a player with a "negative balance" for the casino and:

- that you will never get paid for this indidivual player
- but, it has not effect on your commission every month.

Hi all, just thought I would clarify the ring fence deal so you're all aware of how it works.

If a player causes a negative on your account, on the turn of the month that player is put into ring fence or quarantine (whichever term you prefer to use, it means the same).

That players negative will not affect your other players going forward, if that player plays the negative balance back (becomes positive), the player will be added back to your account for that month, so you benefit for the difference in positive balance even when they've shown as quarantined all month. After that they'll be shown as a regular player and not in the Quarantine report.

It's a weird one to explain, but I hope that helps.

You're a legend, Martyn ;)

Please have Bitcoin as a payment method to affiliates very soon. I really want to start advertising for your casino as soon as possible.
