Hi guys, I would like to add my experience about Karamba Partners
I signed up with them end of May and had 2 depositing Customers sent to them already.

My Manager send me an email :

Hello,
You brought the first player yesterday !! Well done !!
Also just checking but we would like to also have a spot in the top 3 in the listing on the website please as agreed since for now we are on the top banners.
Kind Regards,
Cagla

I thought it started going well and was pleased with traffic, then came next month and payment showed up as reviewed and couple of days later it dissapeared from Earnings, I emailed my manager :

Hi Cagla.
Hope you doing well.
Umm I'm not sure what happened but I had 2 depositing customers last month, just checked my account and it shows as 0 but in traffic statistics report it shows up as 4 Money Players. You even emailed me as I had my first client signed up. What's going on?

So couple of hours later I had this email :

Hello Benjamin,
The depositors you had were removed.
You had 2 depositors but they were voided after checks from our fraud department.
Kind Regards,
Cagla

My reply :
Right but what's the reason for that? I need some more proof as they being "fraud" usually when things like this happen there is an explanation. I had bad experience with couple of brands before so just want make sure.

I have just signed up with you guys and never had any issue like this with any campaigns. A bit odd Is that there is no proof of it's fraudulent signups.

Manager :

Dear Benjamin,

Thanks for your email.

I have no further information but the fact that the depositors you brought raised all our fraud flags and your account is being investigated.
We are working with a very preforming anti-fraud system and automatic rules.
Your traffic triggered all our Fraud alerts.
We do not say you are fraudulent, we just say the traffic is 100% fraud.
This is why we will not proceed to the payment.
Kind Regards,
Cagla

What a waste of time is this brand, can't provide any information regarding "fraud"
They are good for asking to get clients signing up but when it's time to pay- oh it's fraud, we are not paying.

Have any of you guys has similiar experience?

Karamba in my opinion is poor:

- poor casino with poor terms
- poor conversion
- poor retention
- annoying affiliate managers that are always trying to drive to up the wall
- kind of dodgy by adding terms and force them retro-actively.

I'm guessing you are working on CPA.
Few questions to help understand more;
what type of traffic you work with: seo, ppc, mailers?
do you create personal contact with your players?
geo?
Hi.
SEO and Mailers mostly. And GEO is UK, Ireland, Germany and a bit in Sweden.

I found couple of articles with same issue, seems like I'm not the only one with same problems.
Oh well, didn't lose much just a bit of my time but learnt not to trust these rubbish brands.

It happened the same thing with me ....
Karamba partners does not pay affiliates, always with the same excuse of fraud
They offer us agreements in CPA but when it happens of not making a profit with the players they say that it is fraud and they simply do not pay, that is scam
They stole 4 players from me in the first month

Hello Alexander,

Our fraud department is investigating your account as there has being fraudulent depositors from your sources.

I will let you know when I have further information.

Kind Regards,

Cagla

Hello Alexander,

We are currently investigating those fraudulent activities.

This is a standard procedure since the players who deposited have raised all the red flags of our system.

Kind Regards,

Cagla

Affactive played this game, and look what happened to them. This has ALL the hallmarks of a clip joint.

They need to rogued. If you can contact me via PM, I'll grab some more info, and add a blog over at DOCH about them, and blacklist them ;)

Hey Guys,

My name is Arnaud, head of affiliates at Karamba.
We never accused the affiliate of being fraud, but the traffic we got was 100% fraudulent, triggering all our flags.
There is absolutely no doubt on the above matter and I would be happy to prove our transparency and forward all the proof of what our Risk department found for the 2 complaints above.

I have sent all my details to the forum moderator via contact us, should you require more information feel free to PM me.

Best Regards
Arnaud

You are saying triggered all your fraud flags? What are they?
I asked same question to my affiliate manager, and answer was I got no further information sorry!

How can you accuse traffic of fraud in first month already? People just starting to join and test platform, if you mean this about low deposits of course they not going to make huge deposits as will test if it's worth it. I was offered 20player test first 2 players signed up and you lot didn't even want to pay out. That's a good way to start new partnership!

I would like to see these " fraudulent " details too please!

If you guys working with a very performing anti fraud system, why there is so many people with same problem? It just don't make any sense of that's just me?

Hey Ben,

Thanks for your message.

I am very surprised with what you wrote:

"How can you accuse traffic of fraud in first month already? People just starting to join and test platform, , if you mean this about low deposits of course they not going to make huge deposits as will test if it's worth it" > It is most definitely NOT related to the deposit amount ! This is the role of the Risk Team, to analyze the player details such as payment method, IPs, games played and dozens of other details, then to compare it with our existing data and seeing if any fraud flags were raised.

Ben, let me tell you more than that, all the operators of the industry are also able to in some cases to detect fraud even before the first deposit.

>>>>> As I already mentioned earlier, I will share all the details with the forum manager and if needed organize a meeting, web conference between the Risk Manager, forum moderator and myself, to show the fraudulent traffic .

Again, we never said the affiliate is fraud, we said the traffic we got was fraudulent.

To the forum moderator > I believe that both sides need to be heard before any judgement is made. Especially when proof can be provided.

Best Regards
Arnaud

My dashboard said 4 money players 2 of them were depositing ,how can both of them be fraudulent? Nothing was said about two other players just the ones who made an deposit. How can you guys remove my players just like that without providing any proof to me? When I did ask for proof you can't provide anything but are willing to provide it to forum moderators?

I didn't say nothing about you saying affiliate is fraud, just asking for proof for my players being fraudulent?
Ben, let me tell you more than that, all the operators of the industry are also able to in some cases to detect fraud even before the first deposit.
So in this case your operators "Psychics" were able to do so?

I doubt if this fantastic" Risk Team" would accuse anything if those players were in Revshare ... I always listened to the same stories of friends who went through the same problem when they chose to work with CPA deal ..... it is at the least strange

Dear Benjamin and AffiliateGuardDog,

The reason why the players of Benjamin were tagged as Fraud are:

Both of the players deposited same amount, using the same payment method, choosing the same game to play with the same bet amount !

Please note that players accounts were closed as well.

Arnaud

I got an answer for this - payment method as I got affiliate with Neteller and Skrill so I promote both of them in my mailers!
As I remember correctly their deposits wasn't the same. - Just a quick one for you - example someone will send 5 players to your affiliate and 2 of them deposited with Neteller or Paypal example 50Usd/gbp/eur and play starburst for like 5gbp stake it will be tagged as fraud again lol?!

Anyway Arnaud thank you for your response, but I will not change my opinion about your brand as being unfair. When I asked for proof there was no proof but when things get taken a bit further as example this complaint you come up with this!
Both of the players deposited same amount, using the same payment method, choosing the same game to play with the same bet amount !

Just google Karamba partners in google there is many more complaints just like mine and alexander's.
Take care!

I did receive an email, sorry for the delay. I have also googled and am not impressed with this company whatsoever. Payment problems to affiliates and players alike. I will put Karamba into Rogue and if any information turns up that shows this is not true - I will apologize.

For now, let's give this thread a rest. I have the details now and will look through to verify player data and attempt to determine why the players were counted as fraudulent.
