Karamba / Aspire Global Neogames / Aragorn payment problems

Can anyone provide any insight, how to pursue missing payments from Karamba?

I have received this email from them, but no payment:

"Our top concern and priority are payments to our affiliates.
We herby inform you that your commission of x € for marketing services provided to NeoPoint technologies Ltd. and its clients is being processed.
For further traffic reports please log into your account."

Now they say they wont pay it since the players won after that.

It seems very non-standard in the industry to issue a payment in the industry, then not to process it and making an excuse sometime later that the players won afterwards. Now they want me to promote them more, so I could make more money, without even seeing the payment!

Your earnings/losses etc etc are finalised at the EOM (end of month). Meaning, on the 1'st of each new month, you commence a new month. Albeit if your account has NCO (neg carry-over) or a HRP (high roller policy), and any of these are relative, this will affect the following month.

However to keep things simple, lets assume NCO and HRP is not valid for you.

The previous month's data is then checked and then signed off on by either the casino CEO or the CFO.

At that point payments to affiliates are approved and this data is then given to their payments processor.

For example sake, lets say you opted to get paid to a web-wallet...The processor includes all the payment information to what's called a batch file and then sends this to web-wallet, which then credits that money to your account.

The only thing that could screw you over at this point... is if a player has done a charge-back on their credit card and it's come through the system, before you commission has been paid.

In this case, if the charge-back amount exceeds your commission payment, then you wont be paid.

However, a player winning, when the EOM is over and you were notified that your commission is being processed... ummm that's super dodgy and suss.

If that's the case you've been shafted - kick this clip joint to the curb.

This is NeoGames (scratch cards) and their aff program NeoGame Partners, changed to Aspire Affiliates (which now redirects to karambapartners.com). Who is a partner of aspireglobal.com

Couldn't remember who NeoGames were pushing back in 2005 but looking at the KarambaPartners site, it all comes back now... Scratch2Cash. They had some pretty woeful spam activities going on. Can't recall any affiliate hassles with them though. Back then they only did Scratch Cards.

Typically forums such as AGD etc don't get too many of these affiliates, if any... It's maybe why I never heard of any affiliate dramas. But you do have to wonder why sooooooooooo many company name changes in a 10 year period...

They keep emailing me to promote them.
Never again, sorry.
When I started out they offered me a €25,- bonus if I put a banner on my homepage.
For me €25,- was nice, I was just getting started.
Two months later they removed the €25,- and never told me why?

Removed them and will never promote them again.

I just want lo let everybody know that commissions will be paid in a couple of days.

I sent an email to Ilan and he answered quite fast (just a couple of hours).
