Dear Affiliate
I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that for the months of January and February 2020 we have data issue and that the stats that are currently showing in My Affiliates are currently incorrect.
What does this mean for affiliates?
· Our tech team is currently working to resolve the issue and correct the data for the months of January and February.
· Once we have the correct data, we will reload the data for both January and February.
· As soon as the data issue is corrected, and the correct data reload to My Affiliates we will send an email to all affiliates and at this point you will be able to send the invoices and be paid commissions for January.
Is all data for January and February effected?
· Currently we believe that registration data is not affected. This means that Registrations/NDC/FTD/Deposits are not affected but all other financial data such as Casino Turnover/Gross Revenue/Net Revenue and Earnings are affected.
How long will it take to fixed?
· We currently have out tech team working on the issue as a top priority and we hope to be displaying the correct data by the 20th February 2020, if it extends beyond this date an email to all affiliates will be sent.
Are all brands and all affiliates affected?
· Yes, all brands and all affiliates are currently affected by the data issue.
If you have any question that have not been answered in the above please feel to contact me directly via email, s.oneill@rabbitent.com
Thank you for your patience.
Regards
