January and February Data Update

Dear Affiliates

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patients whilst we have been correcting the data for the months of January and February in My Affiliates.

I am now happy to confirm that the date showing in My Affiliates for January and February is now correct and up to date, January is now closed and we are ready to accept invoices for payment.

When sending invoices please ensure you clearly display the following:

• Month/s of the commission that you are invoicing for
• Valid bank info including a valid IBAN
• Your username
• Full company name address registration number and VAT information if applicable

Any invoices that don’t include the above will not be paid.

I would also like to thank those affiliates that we met at both ICE and LAC last week it was great to meet many of you for the first time. I would also like to inform you that the data within My Affiliates will now be updating hourly except for the earnings which will continue to be once a day.

Hi Shaun is there still delays in the payments of January commissions after all ? I haven't received anything yet and the date for the last payment in my account is still 10.01.2020 (so for the December commissions).
