Dear bonustreak,
Last month we were locked out of JPC and went back in forth with the management there for weeks before our account was fixed.
This was a RTG-wide problem, which affected all affiliates accessing the new RTG affiliate program using StatsRemote. I apologize if our response and response time was not satisfying.

Slotastic this brand is promoted by everyone under the sun
Please refer all questions regarding Slotastic to the responsible affiliate manager: Mr. Jacob Willson jacob@slotasticmarketing.com
Grande Vegas Casino
As stated above this was an RTG wide problem with StatsRemore that has been sorted out since.
Lucky Club Casino
Rich Club Affiliates is the program that promotes Lucky Club Casino and Lucky Club Slots.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you require any further information.

Kindest regards,
John

Dear bonusgeek,

Not making any money would be enough for me to take them down, but being ignored makes it a no brainer imo.

No affiliate query is ever ignored at the Jackpot Capital! Affiliates are paramount and necessary for any future growth at Jackpot Capital; therefore, all your concerns are very important to us. We are making sure that all tracking is working, every report up-to-date and all payments done on time.

Kindest regards,
John

Dear Engineer,

I don't earn much with JPC anymore; maybe they are shaving everyone?

Technically this is not possible: RTG does not allow removing affiliate tracking from a player account. It can only be set if a player is untracked.

Jackpot Capital would never remove a player from an affiliate – even if we could – as we would not risk our long-term growth for a small short time gain.

Hopefully they will get their act together soon. If it means replacing the current manager, that's the way it goes.

I do love working together with all of you! However, if I hinder the development of Jackpot Capital I do not have a problem to step aside.

Kindest regards,
John

How about addressing how you pay affiliates. MOST affiliates, those that actually refer any players, run their sites as part of their business.

They do not want to have their commissions paid to a casino account.

If Jackpot Capital cannot provide the facility to make wire, cheque, neteller or quicktender payments, in addition to paying a casino account, then your properties are off my sites. I know many affiliates also feel the same way.

I expect to work with a professional organisation, which has professional methods of payments.

Dear Rob,

Ask a direct question 14 different ways of Sunday and it still cannot be directly answered.

Please go ahead and ask a direct question – without using the f-word and extensive cursing – and you will get a direct answer. I apologize for having skipped the paragraphs in your e-mails that only seemed to have the reason to abuse me.

Kindest regards,
John

Dear Webzcas,

I promote Grande Vegas. I am extremely unhappy that as a result of JC taking them over, I now have to have my earnings paid to a Grande Vegas Casino Account.

They will not budge on this. I know, as I spent a month arguing the case for the facility to wire the money into my company account, like every other program I work with does, bar one, which sends me a cheque.

Payments are a very volatile area, especially in the geographic markets where Jackpot Capital operates. To ensure swift payments to every partner (players as well as affiliates) Jackpot Capital has only one payment department. Every affiliate that requested money from their – administrative – player account can confirm how fast they were paid.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you require any further assistance.

Kindest regards,
John

Dear Dave,

Watch how quickly they get their collective shit together if affiliates banded together and blacklisted them.

Please provide details about your issues with Jackpot Capital and we will to our best to sort them out.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you require any further assistance.

Sorry that is just not good enough. There are plenty of upstanding RTG's such as Club World who provide proper facilities to pay affiliates, without routing the money via a player account at one of their casinos.

If Jackpot Capital are unwilling to act professionally in this aspect, then I will no longer be promoting you.

Dear Rob,

I just wonder if that's the way they pay Casinomeister as well.

Jackpot Capital will never disclose any financial details about any business partner. But please go ahead and ask Bryan himself.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you require any further assistance.

Dear bonustreak,

I think this company needs to stop buying up casinos and focus on cleaning up the currant problems

This is exactly what we are doing!

Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you require any further assistance.

Rob that is irrelevant. How individuals get paid is not the issue here.

The fact is Jackpot Capital should do what all other programs do and provide the facility to pay their affiliates by whatever methods available.

Routing payments via a players casino account, is not on full stop.

For reference I have also started a thread on CasinoMeister concerning this issue. http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/jackpot-capital/39501-payment-options.html

We do offer all these methods!

Jackpot Capital pays your affiliate commission on the first or second business day of each month to your – administrative – player account. There are no minimum payment amounts as in most other affiliate programs! You may request your money from there using your favorite payment method. You do not need to download any software or send documentation. Could you please elaborate what the difference is between requesting the money from an “Advertiser” account (let us take Google AdWords as example) and a “Player” account (except the name)?

If I have to spell it out to you I will.

1) For those individuals who run their sites as a business, having a payment from a casino player account come in, is hardly ideal.

2) The temptation to play with your commission earnt is there.

All other programs pay the affiliate direct. Why can't you?

If you don't have the resources to do so, then I am not comfortable sending you players and I am not comfortable promoting you. If resources are so tight, you are unable to provide a facility that all the other programs I work with happily provide.

I agree there is no need for abusive language or pictures we are all professionals here and I hope that your all being respectful to affiliate managers after all they are only doing their job.

As far as how other affiliates are paid I don't think that is anyone's business. Thank you for answering our questions and I would hope you can understand why we are frustrated here John.

NO... they are not doing their job when you ask a question umpteen different ways and you still cannot get a direct answer! And you of all people should know that and also understand the frustration with it as well..

To you and Dave both...it absolutely IS RELEVANT how other affiliates get paid if they are also not getting paid into a player account. If Jackpot Capital can do it for them then they can also do it for the rest of us!

Does anyone here actually believe that online.casinocity.com aka Michael Corfman gets paid into a player account...you got to be smoking somein better than I am if you believe that...:p

John, you know good and damn well brother that I have tried to communicate amicably to you on numerous occasions and I have had to ask the same questions over and over again and still to this day have not received an answer to those simple questions!

Do you really want me to post the evidence of that here or would you like another shot at answering those questions in the previous emails? All you have to do is go back and re-read those emails and you will see the questions....I'm not gonna ask them again!

Well as far as I knew CM was not an affiliate anymore so how his company handles media buys could be way different from how we affiliates are paid. I myself don't care if I am paid via a player account all I do is just cash it out with the method I want to be paid with. There are many programs that pay this way and the best part is just as Webcaz said, we are affiliates and can choose to work with the programs that pay the way we like.

Rob I am NOT happy with this program at the moment and I am annoyed at the lack of proper answers but I will remain professional about my queries and not damage any communications I have with programs by demeaning the affiliate manager who as I said is only doing his job. I never said I thought the job was being done well because I think he needs to change how he answers questions, which I have stated already to John.

I have had to ask the same questions over and over again and still to this day have not received an answer to those simple questions!

This is true John and I have the same complaint about this with you. Also I have asked over and over to maybe have a phone call with someone as well and that was ignored.

I agree that it's preferrable to have our earnings sent directly to us via our preferred payment method. But JFC is not the only RTG that doesn't pay directly. One of my favorite programs is Intertops, and they pay to your sportsbook account. Then the affiliate has to request the payment from there. If payments are sent quickly once we request it, I can deal with it being in my sportsbook or player account first.
