I am curious is anyone having issues with JPC and any of the new brands they have recently taken over? Last month we were locked out of JPC and went back in forth with the management there for weeks before our account was fixed. Stats never moved for the month and we do not earn what I feel we should be earning considering the amount of cross marketing that has been done in the past with this brand(all players are tagged to the original affiliate they state). Slotastic this brand is promoted by everyone under the sun and we earn squat with them as well, which again is odd to me considering the amount of exposure we have given them.

I am not one to turn to forums and post my issues if I can get them resolved with the programs as you all know but this battle has been going on for weeks now and I am plain just fed up with the stupid replies and the run around we are getting from John! I have asked on several occasions for a phone call and never was given the respect of a reply. I have been a loyal affiliate to this brand and was always the first to defend them but once I start asking questions I am tossed under the bus and that pisses me off!

The new places..
Grande Vegas- Could log in and was tracked on stats remote up until last month! Now the company says they have not found an account listed under Streak Gaming BUT once we sent the links that we have promoted they managed to find players we have sent them in the past. Given this result they then asked us to create a new affiliate account! Why do we need to do this, wtf is the point if you have seen that we do indeed have an existing account and we have sent you players!

Lucky Club- this place is tracked by JPC or the old affiliate login 'rich affiliates'? I see nothing under JPC for stats here but I login to RA and see that I have 93 downloads, 16 new players a few bucks in deposits but 0 in money earned yet the month before says we had 484 downloads, 87 sign ups and 1 new depositor 0 money earned! But I am making a mountain out of a molehill here and get emails back with my questions that answer nothing!

Slotastic- This brand has such a tangle web I don't even know where to start! First it was tagged under and marketed under JPC, then we had to change links because Referback had a marketing deal with it and then we had to change back because they opened their own back in tracking system finally anyone else as dizzy and confused as me? I mean with all this back and forth stuff what affiliate would not be confused?

JPC- stats are so goofy and far off I get dizzy looking at them! We were one of the very first affiliates to start pushing this brand but we can not earn no more then $200 bucks a month! I have looked back and over the last 3 months we have well over 200 downloads but no first depositors? Come on what is going on here folks!

Anyway anyone else getting the run around and confusion here?

I don't work with them, but from your post it seems like things are a pretty big mess. Not making any money would be enough for me to take them down, but being ignored makes it a no brainer imo.

I would at least stop the bleeding and take them now until they give you a reason to put them back up. Right now I don't see any good reason for you to send them a single click based on your post.

"Big mess" is right. I don't earn much with JPC anymore; maybe they are shaving everyone?

Hopefully they will get their act together soon. If it means replacing the current manager, that's the way it goes.

OMG...don't even get me started on JPC Affiliates here. It would make yo head spin an yo blood boil if you could read some of my recent email exchanges with John and Tony there...

Ask a direct question 14 different ways of Sunday and it still cannot be directly answered..

When they acquired Grande Vegas there were promises made to me and other affiliates as well that have now been reneged on and broken...I have the email proof of this!

The last email I sent to John, I told him then that I was seriously thinking about Rogue-ing the entire program....John replied and STILL never answered my direct question from the previous email...

I'm past the point of being frustrated with this program and their NON_PROFESSIONAL Managers!!

And to top all of that off...it's without a doubt the absolute worst performing RTG Program that I have ever promoted...

I promote Grande Vegas. I am extremely unhappy that as a result of JC taking them over, I now have to have my earnings paid to a Grande Vegas Casino Account.

They will not budge on this. I know, as I spent a month arguing the case for the facility to wire the money into my company account, like every other program I work with does, bar one, which sends me a cheque.

Webcaz that is odd and not fair why can they not pay you via Neteller or something! Well I asked if all the casinos will remain under their own separate affiliate program and this is the response I got..

Dear Christine,

Thank you for contacting the Jackpot Capital affiliate department!

For now, we are not going to bundle the casinos. However, considering the confusion from affiliates we might re-consider this plan.

All statistics show up:

  • For Jackpot Capital Online Casino in the Jackpot Capital Affiliate Program
  • For Lucky Club Casino and Lucky Club Slots in the Rich Club Affiliate Program
  • For Grande Vegas in the Grande Vegas Affiliates.
Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you require any further assistance!

Kindest regards,
John

Of course we are confused! I mean half the time we cannot login, you yourself cannot find links that we had out there before you bought the company but you have no issues sending cd's/free cash offers in the snail mail/email to the players I have referred to the casino in the past...
ohhh hmmm why am I talking about this again when I know it gets me know place fast!

Every time something like this happens, if affects affiliates as well as your players and site visitors. I'm sorry to read that peeps are getting shafted here.

However IMHO talking about it over and over ain't going to get anything done. I'd take Rob's stand and Rogue Em!!!

Watch how quickly they get their collective shit together if affiliates banded together and blacklisted them.

Cheers

:)

It is not just Jackpot Capital who are trying to make changes and cause problems. Several programs of late are trying to make some eyebrow raising changes. I believe though this is on an account by account basis.

As for continuing to promote Grande Vegas. I am not sure whether I will indeed contine to promote them. Now they have been sold, the people I was working with Mel and Antoinette are no longer there. They were the reason I promoted them in the first place.

Indeed RTG's in general are not an attractive proposition to promote at the moment, with a few notable exceptions such as Clubworld.

Rushmore always pay on the last day of the month, or for June it actually hit my bank account on the 3rd August. Noticable player issues are also arising across several RTG Casinos.

Indeed, at this point moving forward, I am only really happy playing at and promoting Club World, Bodog and iNetBet. Not that I play much at RTG operations, as Playtech, Wagerworks and MGS are IMO far superior software.

Looks like a long overdue site update is needed on OCR.....

Yep, my list of RTGs is dwindling. US players don't have many options these days.

Regarding paying to player accounts -- I hate that. Not all affiliates are players. Please just pay normally, like 95% of all programs do (i.e. with a check, wire, or wallet payment directly to me).

Paying to a player account is a deal breaker for me.

We are taking out all the trash next week also. I'm done sending a lot of clicks to a lot of programs that are not converting or don't pay right.

I see there are some player complaints at CM as well something about rude customer server reps, a screwed up code given on a mail campaign gone wrong etc I can bet the cross marketing code campaign deal they have going on did not tag players to the original affiliate either. I know they say they tag the players to us but if that was the case then I know for a FACT I would be earning money!

I think this company needs to stop buying up casinos and focus on cleaning up the currant problems they are having right now. I would also suggest they look into the previous owners of casinos before they buy them out, that owners reputation carries forward with the casinos even though the owners are new..IMO

Another thing is the popup for USA traffic exchange by Brightshare and Referback.......you can delete your banners but if they fail to do the right thing this has to be addressed too otherwise you never get rid off them......only by removing the BS and RB brands...........

Which one is this, John or Tony? I've never actually met neither so I can't be certain...
