they should have give you something out of goodwill imo

"it has nothing to do with good will" it's on there promotions page. if they don't honor Birthday bonuses they should remove it from there VIP section. I have made many deposits with this casino and, I shouldn't even have to ask for the bonus it should be automatic. same thing with sloto cash itson there vip page, and I got nothing...now I see why retention with rivals is so bad, they use to be wonderful to me, now...pffffffff :rolleyes:

Rivals generally used to offer great bonuses... now good ones are as rare as rocking-horse manure!

Slots of Fortune offer some of the WORST bonuses I've seen anywhere - and they're up against some pretty stiff competition in the crap bonus league I can tell you! :eek:

To be fair they're not the worst Rival I list, but pretty damn close to being a total waste of web space like some of the others. :(

I see that your problem with the free chip has been actually resolved already, as you’ve been given a $30 Free Chip, and you’ve played it already. In any case, I’ll update here what happened:

The bonus should have been added automatically to your account, but you’ve opted not to receive emails or offers from the casino, and that is why the bonus was not offered.

The backoffice sends an email and attaches the bonus to the account, since the criteria of email failed the backoffice did not grant the bonus. We have fixed this, and no player is going to be affected by this again.

Hello Rhonda,

The email you received is a part of the weekly promotions, which we send out to all players via “Campaigner”, i.e. a third party mailing provider. When your email address has been added to that mailing list, you’ve opted in.

However, you’ve opted out from the automated messages, which are created by the Rival backoffice, and that’s why you have not received any “Happy Birthday” mailer or promotion. BDay automated messages go from the backoffice, as it would be impossible to create a list of all BDay players every day, and upload it to the “Campaigner”; therefore we chose the system to deliver them automatically.

I think this was a small issue, and we’ve resolved it already. I can understand your frustration, however we’ve fixed it as soon as possible, and if you have any other player related issues, please feel free to chat to me directly or Customer Service, if you prefer; we’ll be glad to help you.
